- all tank attachments, as listed in the annex A. Tank to include all necessary ports for installation of the instrumentation listed in annex A. An additional 1-1/2” port with blind flange will be added to the tank for

- MSHA approved steel ladder (with cage and safety gate) for the access to the top of the tank from bottom of containment
- manway, handrail, toe plate and platforms on the top of the tank. The platforms shall be configured to provide easy access to all components located on the top of the tank. The design shall meet MSHA
standards. The toe plate shall be steel
- predisposition for tank grounding

All Annexes are part of the technical specification
Tank shall be designed for all loads associated with transportation, handling, erection, and equipment mounted on the tank (including ladders, platforms, and ancillary equipment)
The tank and anchor bolt system shall be designed by the Seller for the above noted loads acting separately or in combination
Stamping on the tank or on nameplate shall include, in addition to the stamping required by ASME Code: 1) the head and shell thicknesses, 2) the gross volumetric capacity in US gallons, 3) the total outside
surface area of the container in square feet

The Seller shall design to the intent of these codes and standards; however, the Seller has the right to take exception to a specific standard where there are conflicts with the Seller’s own processes or design
