dei Rottami metallici
Le soluzioni che WRS offre per il trattamento dei rottami metallici (ferrosi e
non) sono il frutto di anni di esperienza, che ci permettono di fornire ai nostri
clienti risposte che si adattano a qualsiasi esigenza.
La nostra offerta va dalla semplice riduzione volumetrica mediante i trituratori
a cesoie rotanti (THOR e THANIT), che possono processare fino a 30 tonnellate
di materiale, fino ai più sofisticati processi di separazione dei materiali (ferrosi
e non ferrosi) e alla loro pulizia (sverniciatura) per una resa massima alla
classificazione in fonderia.

Years of experience have led to the WRS solutions for the treatment of scrap
metal (ferrous and non-ferrous), allowing us to provide our clients with an-
swers to suit any requirement.
Our offers range from the simple reduction in volume through the rotating
shears shredders (THOR and THANIT), which can process up to 30 tonnes of
material, to the more sophisticated processes of material separation (ferrous
and non-ferrous) and their cleaning (paint removal) for a maximum foundry
classification yield.

Gli impianti che WRS offre per il trattamento dei pneu-
matici, consentono un’elevata flessibilità di utilizzo,
in quando sono in grado di trattare e ridurre in granuli
qualsiasi tipo di pneumatico.

I nostri impianti partono dalle macchine per la stal-

lonatora, processo tramite il quale viene tolto l’anello
in fili di acciaio (tallone) che è presente all’interno
del pneumatico, passano alle cesoie, che tagliano
il pneumatico a pezzi, per finire con la triturazione.
I pezzi di gomma triturati vengono inviati, tramite un
nastro trasportatore, al processo successivo: la gra-
nulazione. Nel granulatore il prodotto viene ridotto in
granuli di dimensioni finissime.

Gli impianti WRS sono dotati, inoltre, di polverizza-

tori, micronizzatori, nastri trasportatori, coclee, vi-
brovagli, vibro-trasportatori, impianti di aspirazione
e macchine per lo stampaggio del granulo, il tutto
sapientemente combinato in soluzioni chiavi in mano
che possono trattare dai 1000 ai 10000 kg/h.
SOLUZIONI PER RIDUZIONE VOLUMETRICA O

PLANTS
The plants offered by WRS for the treatment of tyres enable grea-
ter flexibility of use as they are capable of treating any type of
tyre, reducing them to granules.

Our plants start from the bead breaking machines, a process

through which the steel wire ring inside the tyre (bead) is remo-
ved, proceeding then to the shears that cut the tyre into pieces,
which are then shredded. The pieces of rubber produced from
the shredder are sent, along a conveyor belt, to the next pro-
cess: the granulation. The product is reduced to extremely fine
granules in the granulator. 


Furthermore, WRS plants are equipped with pulverisers, mi-

cronisers, conveyor belts, augers, vibrating screens, vibrating
conveyers, aspiration plants and granule moulding machines,
all expertly produced in turnkey solutions that can treat from
1000 to 10,000 kg/h.
“CIABATTATO”
WRS può offrire da un lato soluzioni per la semplice
riduzione volumetrica dei pneumatici, dall’altro im-
pianti per la produzione di “ciabattato” di pezzatu-
ra 50x50 mm. Questo tipo di impianto può essere
installato su un semirimorchio per poterlo spostare
più comodamente nei siti in cui sono stoccati i pneu-
matici.
Wrs ha studiato un sistema di taglienti da applicare
alla versione WD200 del trituratore Thanit che per-
mette di ottenere fino a 6 ton/h di pneumatici triturati
in pezzatura da 100mm. È questo un sistema che
ci rende particolarmente fieri perché rappresenta la
migliore soluzione in termini di produzione oraria per
il trattamento dei pneumatici e la loro preparazione
alla termovalorizzazione.
SOLUZIONI PER CHIP DA 20MM
WRS ha l’esclusiva per l’Italia di un brevetto interna-
zionale che permette di ottenere da pneumatico inte-
ro di auto o pre-triturato di camion un chip di gomma
deferrizzato al 99.9 con il miglior rapporto potenza/
produzione che si possa trovare sul mercato (110kw
per 1500 kg di materiale) .
Il sistema si basa su una triturazione lenta con lame
speciali. I vantaggi, oltre al basso consumo di energia,
sono la limitata rumorosità del sistema (79dBA, nor-
malmente si è costretti ad insonorizzare le macchine
adibite a questo processo quando si usa la tecnologia
tradizionale) e l’assenza di sistemi di raffreddamento
degli organi di taglio normalmente previsti nelle mac-
chine adibite a questo tipo di lavorazione.
Questa lavorazione può essere utilizzata anche per
preparare il materiale a fasi successive di granula-
zione.
SOLUZIONI PER GRANULO E POLVERINO
WRS è in grado di offrire soluzioni per l’ottenimento
di svariate pezzature di materiale dai 5 mm fino ai
500 micron. Le curve granulometriche possono es-
sere adeguate alle richieste più svariate. Il granulo è
pressoché esente da fibra tessile grazie ai sistemi di
separazione appositamente studiati dai tecnici WRS.
ACCIAIO: DA PROBLEMATICA AD OPPORTUNITÀ
WRS ha ideato soluzioni e sistemi per utilizzare in
maniera utile e proficua anche questo materiale, so-
litamente destinato allo scarto o ostico da riutilizzare.
Valorizzare l’acciaio è importante quanto l’ottenimento
di un granulo di qualità.
SOLUTIONS FOR VOLUME REDUCTION OR “TYRE CRUMB”
On one hand WRS can provide solutions for the simple reduc-
tion of the volume of tyres, and plants for the production of
50x50mm “tyre crumb” pieces on the other hand. This type
of plant can be installed on a semi-trailer and conveniently
moved to the locations where the tyres are stored.
WRS has devised a cutting system to apply to the WD200
version of the Thanit shredder that can produce up to 6 ton/h
of tyres shredded in 100mm pieces. We are particularly
proud of this system as it represents the best solution in
terms of hourly production for the treatment of tyres and their
preparation for thermo-demolition.
SOLUTIONS FOR 20 MM CHIPS
WRS is the exclusive holder in Italy of the international pa-
tent that enables it to produce chips from entire car tyres or
pre-shredded lorry tyres, deferrized to 99.9%, with the best
power/production rapport that can be found on the market
(110kw for 1500 kg of material).
The system is based on slow shredding with special blades.
In addition to low energy consumption, the advantages in-
clude limited noise from the system (79dBA, normally when
traditional technology is applied the machines used in this
process must be insulated for sound) and the absence of
cooling systems for the cutting tools normally provided in the
machines used in this type of operation.
This operation can also be used to prepare the material for
the following granulation phases.
SOLUTIONS FOR GRANULES AND POWDER
WRS can provide solutions to produce varying sizes of mate-
rial from 5mm to 500 micron. The grain size curves can be
suited to the most diverse requests. The particular separation
systems devised by the WRS technicians means that the gra- tYrEs
nule is almost exempt of natural fibre.
STEEL: FROM PROBLEM TO OPPORTUNITY
WRS has devised solutions and systems for a profitable and
useful application of this material, usually destined to beco-

I rifiuti elettronici rappresentano un problema che WRS
è in grado di trasformare in opportunità per clienti che
devono trattare dai 500 kg/h fino ai 6000 kg/h.

nei RAEE “bianchi” piuttosto che schede elettroniche
nei RAEE da ufficio, ecc.).materiale, ormai ridotto in
granuli, viene separato nelle diverse materie prime da

An in-depth knowledge of the destination markets of materials

resulting from the recycling process allows us to assist and
advise clients on the process most suited to their activity, on the
basis of the volumes and the quality of the incoming material.

W.E.E.E. essentially encompasses a vast range of waste that is

treated with systems studied in detail according to their features
(large presence of metal in the “white” W.E.E.E. as opposed to
electronic chips in the WEEE from offices, etc.).

Gli apparecchi, dopo una prima fase di separazione manuale
di cavi, batterie, toner e altri elementi facilmente recuperabili,
vengono avviati ad una prima fase di triturazione/apertura.
Il materiale in uscita viene nuovamente sottoposto ad
una vagliatura manuale per selezionare cavi, vetro, pile,
schede elettroniche, trasformatori, motori elettrici, ecc.
Il restante materiale continua il percorso verso un trituratore
che riduce il materiale ad una pezzatura ottimale per
successivi sistemi di separazione magnetici, induttivi e
densimetrici.

Per il trattamento dei R.A.E.E. bianchi WRS è in grado di
offrire una soluzione compatta che permette di valorizzare
il materiale in una fase unica e con un investimento minore

Partendo dal frigorifero intero, vengono selezionati e
separati i singoli materiali come il ferro, la plastica,
l’alluminio, il rame, il poliuretano e il vetro, con
una percentuale di circa il 90% di materia prima da
avviare al riutilizzo.

Il processo di recupero è completato dall’aspirazione

dei gas usati nei circuiti refrigeranti, il cui stoccaggio
in un impianto criogenico garantisce che nessuna
emissione nociva venga dispersa nell’atmosfera.
Ideato per trattare 40 pezzi l’ora, grazie alla sua
totale automazione, consente di realizzare una
significativa riduzione dei costi di esercizio. Per
la fase di triturazione, infatti, non sono richiesti
più di due o tre operatori.Frutto di un progetto e di

Beginning with the entire fridge, the individual materials, such
as iron, plastic, aluminium, copper, polyurethane and glass, are
selected, around 90% of material, before the recycling starts.

The aspiration of gas used in the refrigeration circuits completes

the recovery process and storing the gas in a cryogenic plant
guarantees that no noxious emissions are dispersed into the
atmosphere. This plant grants a considerable reduction in ope-
rational costs as it is designed to treat 40 pieces per hour, and
is completely automated. In fact, there is no longer any need for
two or three operators during the shredding phase.
