Fase 1 tiro 1/1

Montare la trave 2 e la trave 1 con le viti 5 . NON SERRARE A FONDO LE VITI
Montare gli antivibranti 6 nelle posizioni indicate. La regolazione definitiva verr stabi-
lita a fine montaggio

Step 1 roping 1/1

Fit bar 2 and bar 1 using screws 5. DO NOT TIGHTEN FULLY HOME THE SCREWS
Fit the vibration dampers 6 in the positions indicated. The final adjustment will be
carried out at the end.

Fase 2 tiro 1/1

Montare il gruppo rinvio completo 1 posizionando lalbero nel foro previsto per il tipo di
impianto. Vedi tabella relativa alle posizioni A - B - C.
Montare la piastrina 2 ruotando lalbero per posizionare i fori di fissaggio per le viti 4.

Step 2 roping 1/1

Fit the complete divertor group 1 by inserting the shaft in the hole specific for the desi-
red installation type. See table for positions A - B - C.
Fit the plate 2 by turning the shaft till the fixing holes for screws 4 reach their position.

Fase 3 tiro 1/1

Montare la trave 2 sul gruppo di rinvio, montare la piastrina 1 come indicato in fase.2.
Montare le viti 7.
Montare i tamponi 8 come indicato in fase 1

Step 3 roping 1/1

Fit the bar 2 to the divertor group, fit the plate 1 as indicated in Step 2. Fit screws 7.
Fit the supporting feet 8 as indicated in step 1

Fase 4 tiro 1/1

Sul secondo gruppo di rinvio montare la protezione 3 il supporto 4 la piastrina 2 con le
viti 6 da entrambi i lati. ATTENZIONE AL POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA PROTEZIONE 3 usan-
do i fori relativi alle pulegge diam. 240 e 320 mm.

Step 4 roping 1/1

Fit the protection 3, support 4, plate 2 with screws 6 in both sides of second divertor
group. PAY ATTENTION TO THE POSITIONING OF PROTECTION 3 if you use the holes
specific for sheaves 240 and 330mm

Fase 5 tiro 1/1

Posizionare il secondo gruppo di rinvio sulle travi con le viti 4 (non serrare a fondo le
viti), controllare che lo spazio tra puleggia e travi sia uguale a destra e a sinistra.
Controllare che sul primo gruppo rinvio lo spazio tra puleggia e travi sia uguale sia a
destra che a sinistra.
Serrare a fondo le viti di bloccaggio travi (5 fase 1 ) (6 fase 3)

Step 5 roping 1/1

Position the second divertor group to the bars by means of screws 4 (do not tighten
the screws fully home) and check that the distance between sheave and the bars is the
same both right and left.
Check that the distance between sheave and bars is the same both right and left also in
the first divertor group.
Tighten the screws fully home (5 step 1 ) (6 step 3)

Fase 6
Montare il gearless G-200 / G-300 sul piano 3
(vedi tabella IMPIANTO/POSIZIONE) serrando
a fondo le viti 7 con una chiave dinamometrica
Montare la trave 2 con le viti 8 e il tampone 9

Step 6
Position the gearless G-200 / G-300 to the
support 3 (see table INTALLATION/POSITION)
by tightening the screws 7 fully home by me-
ans of dynamometric spanner.
Fit the bar 2 by means of screws 8 and posi-
tion supporting foot 9.

Fase 7 tiro 1/1

Posizionare il gearless G-200 / G-300 e il piano sulle travi e montare le viti 4 come da
tabella IMPIANTO / POSIZIONE (non serrare a fondo le viti)
Allineare la puleggia del gearless con il primo rinvio e serrare a fondo le viti 4 con coppia
di serraggio 205 Nm

Step 7 roping 1/1

Position the gearless G-200/G-300 and the support to the bars and fit the screws 4 as
table INSTALLATION/POSITION (do not tighten the screws fully home)
Align the sheave of the gearless with the first divertor and tighten the screws 4 fully
home with a torque of 205 Nm

Fase 8 Impianto tiro 1/1 (per tiro 2/1 vedi tavola 10)
Posizionare TelMo sullimpianto . Regolare il secondo rinvio per la calata funi. Posizionare
e regolare gli antivibranti . Montare le funi.

Step 8 Installation roping 1/1 (for 2/1 see table 10)

Position TelMo in the installation. Adjust the second divertor according to the specific
distance between ropes. Position and adjust the vibration dampers. Fit the ropes.

Posizionare TelMo sullimpianto. Posizionare le piastre capifune, regolare il secondo rin-
vio per la calata funi. Posizionare e regolare gli antivibranti. Montare le funi

Step 10 roping 2/1

Position TelMo in the installation. Fit the plates for fixed end-ropes and adjust the se-
cond divertor for the distance between ropes. Position and adjust the vibration dam-
pers. Fit the ropes.

Montare la protezione 4 e 2
Montare le protezioni 1 su entrambi i lati.
Montare gli antiintrusione 8 e il guardafune 8

Fit the protection 4 and the protection 2
Fit the protections 1 on both sides
Fit the side protection bars 8 and the rope guard 8.
