Serie DC-BOX ,costituita da ventilatori centrifughi a doppia

aspirazione direttamente accoppiati (DC), inseriti in un plenum (BOX)
rivestito di materiale fonoassorbente. Sono particolarmente Indicati
per estrarre o immettere aria in ambienti residenziali e commerciali
(uffici, palestre, negozi, ristoranti) o industriali (sale macchine, quadri
elettrici...) in cui sia richiesta una silenziosit di esercizio.

DC-BOX line consists of direct coupled double inlet centrifugal fans

(DC) , housed in a plenum (cabinet), lined of sound proofing material.
These fans are particularly suitable to extract or introduce air in
residential, commercial and industrial buildings (offices, gyms, shops,
restaurants engine rooms, electric panel rooms etc.) requiring silent
operation.

Internal sound proofing lining Cl.1.
Rectangular outlet section.
Centrifugal forward curved blade, double inlet fans with direct coupled
motor, mono-phase.
Sizes 12/9 and 12/12 also available in three-phase version. Self rearm
thermal protection.
Easy removal panels to allow inspection and maintenance (only side
panels).

APPLICATIONS

Serie BDs-BOX, costituita da ventilatori centrifughi a doppia

aspirazione accoppiati al motore tramite pulegge e cinghie (BD), inseriti
in un plenum (BOX) rivestito di materiale fonoassorbente.
Sono particolarmente indicati per estrarre o immettere aria in ambienti
residenziali e commerciali (uffici, palestre, negozi, ristoranti) o industriali
(sale macchine, sale quadri lettrici...) in cui sia richiesta una silenziosit
di esercizio abbinata ad una elevata portata daria.
La possibilit di intervenire sul numero di giri , grazie alla trasmissione,
e la maggiore estensione di gamma dei ventilatori impiegati rendono
il campo di applicazione di questa serie molto piu ampio e flessibile
di quella con ventilatori direttamente accoppiato (DC-BOX).

BDs-BOX line consists of a DIDW fan belt coupled to the motor,

housed in a cabinet lined with sound proofing material.
These fans are designed to exhaust or intake air in residential,
commercial and industrial installations (offices, pools, shops,
restaurants, engine rooms , electrical devices, kitchens etc.). Requiring
silent operation and high capacities.
The possibility to act on the rpm and a wider range of fans consent
a more flexible use in many different applications than the direct
coupled line (DC-BOX).

Le caratteristiche principali di questa serie sono: la solidit costruttiva,
lisolamento acustico di polietilene reticilato, ventilatore con telaio di
sostegno (mod. BDs BOX-3/4/5), il raccordo antivibrante tra ventilatore
e struttura afonizzante, il motore sempre su basamento in esecuzione

Struttura portante realizzata in lamiera zincata.
Pannelli di contenimento smontabili a semplice pannello con
rivestimento interno fonoassorbente .
Ventilatore centrifugo doppia aspirazione pala avanti accoppiato
tramite cinghie e pulegge .
Motore elettrico asincrono a corrente alternata, protezione IP
55, isolamento CI F, servizio S1 forma B3, costruzione conforme
alle specifiche norme IEC/EEC (UNEL-MEC).
