. Il procedimento non dei pi facili ma ne vale la pena. Questa che segue la ricetta di mia nonna, che preparo da anni. Enjoy
- 350 g flour - 4 eggs - 1 sachet of vanillin ( vanilla extract ) - 50 g dark chocolate - 1 sachet of yeast Preparation: beat the butter alone, then add the 250 g sugar and keep beating. Add also the yolks and the flour. If the dough results too stiff, add also some milk or half glass of white wine, to get it softer. Beat the albums and unite them with the dough. Then, divide the mixture in 2 parts, one bigger than the other. Add in the smallest part the chocolate and the 50 g of sugar. In a wide pan, put a spoonful from the white part and one from the dark part, alternating them. Put the pan inside the oven for 1 hour at 170 C . Obviously , butter the pans base, before putting the dough in it. This cake is perfect for breakfast but also at the end of the meals with coffee. Enjoy your meal!
