The ‘meeting, which includes DBED as well, is intended to vet the raw TPs and decide how the press release ‘and DBED's follow-up materials wil be messaged. A work order to OFT at DLR was submitted to post ‘these raw talking points. OT then sent them back to the analyst for verification, which was done.
