Lamar St. in Dallas, TX. Juvenile complainant identified Ernest Green B/M, 11/19/1953 as the suspect in this offense. Juvenile complainant stated that he met suspect Green, during the year 2010, when he was 11 years old. Suspect Green told him that he ran a mentorship program called United Youth Core. Suspect Green told him the program had been around for many years and that many kids had been involved in it. Suspect Green gave the juvenile complainant a form for his mother to fill out in order for him to be in the program. Juvenile complainant began going over to suspect Green’s house located at 3020 Bickers St, apartment #54, in Dallas, TX, to play video games on the suspect’s X-Box and PlayStation consoles. Juvenile complainant stated that they mostly played basketball, Call of Duty and other games. Juvenile complainant stated there were always many young boys at the suspect's apartment and they all would spend the night with him on weekends and during the summer, There were always at least seven or eight boys in the suspect’s apartment.
