Dallas Police responded to 4911 cal in which the Complainant was shot. Complainant was transported to Methodist Central Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by Dr. Lorenzo at 8:40 pm. On the above date the Complainant went to he offense locaton, th: TAT, on: with other subjecs to confont Suspect Taylor’ gielfiend over a long running dispete between te {v0 soups involved. Suspect Taylor attempted to get involved in the alteration and in doing so proceeded to pull a pistol from her right fron shorts pocket. Suspect Tayior displayed the weapon toward the group of subjects that had appraoched the two subjecs fighting in the grasy area, Suspect Taylor fred the pistol once, and the fred the pistol a second time. Complainant Hodge approsched Suspect Taylor and as struck once in the upper toro, ‘Suspect Taylor fed the location in a vehicle, and later she sunendered to Dallas Police offices at 6090 Bonnieview Road Dallas, Dallas County, Tera Suspect Taylor advised the patrol officers that Uke weapon she used atthe offense location was a sive, with black grips, 32 caliber revolver!
