— aChicken Rice Dish
-3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts ( uncooked)
ix in 9x 13 pan:
= 11/2 cup uncooked rice
= 5 Ta melted margarine
= 1 T2"eups mi tk.
2 ens of soup (cream of chicken, mushroom or cream of Celery)
1/2 envelope Dry Onion Soup mx (Lipton’s) ¥
Place raw chicken on top of mixture. sprinkle with the rest of the
onfon Soup Mix.
cover with foil while baking
sake: 350 for 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Sweet and Sour Zucchini Salad
Ingredients
2 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
% cup McNeil Nutritionals SPENLDA No Calorie Sweetener
1/3 cup canola oi!
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
2/3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
% bell pepper(s), slices paper thin
5 medium zucchini, peeled and sliced paper thin
% tsp black pepper
% tsp sea salt
Instructions:
i “put wine vinegar into medium bowl, add dehydrated
onion and let sit for a few minutes until onions
rehydrate. Add Splenda, salt, black pepper, oi1 and
cider vinegar.
2. slice bell peppers and zucchini paper thin into large
owl.
3. add onion and liquid mixture to zucchini mixture; mix
well, Let marinate for 6 hours or overnight in the
refrigerator. Drain and serve. (Save the juice to
put back on the leftvers)Surprise Hamburgers

116. hamburger
Onion chopped
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup grated cheese
Favorite bread dough
Brown hamburger and onion, drain and season. Add cabbage
and cook til just transparent. Renove from heat ana stir in
cheese til melted. Take bread dough, the size of a Large voll
and flatten ina round shape. Place +/+ cup mixture in center
and bring up edges. Pinch together and male sure itis
round. Place pinched side down on greased cookie sheet. Poke
with a fork. Let Raise. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or til Lightly
brown.
