Anita's crushing on this recipe for gluten free naan bread
GLUTEN FREE GARLIC NANN
2 ¼ t Active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (100 degrees)
¼ cup maple syrup
1 large egg, beaten
1 t salt
1 ¾ cassava flour
1 ¼ cup almond flour
1 cup arrowroot flour
1/3 cup minced garlic
Butter for garnish
½ c chopped cilantro for garnish
• In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit in warm area (about 80 degrees) about 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in maple syrup, egg, salt, both flours, and arrowroot until a soft dough forms. Place dough in a bowl, cover and place in a warm place (on top of the referigerator works) for about an hour.
Using your hands, shape dough into a long rectangle and cut into 12 equal portions, duing with cassava flour as necessary.
• Lay one portion of dough o a sheet of parchment paper, sprinklw with a teaspoon of garlic, and cover with another sheet of parchment. Using a rolling pin, roll dough into an oval shape about ¼ inch thick. Place skiller over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Remove top layer of parchment and, place your hand under
