The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically designed to strengthen our problem-solving abilities and to codify how black people think, speak, act and take charge of our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have discovered the best techniques to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual trouble we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to dial in and share specifics. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, report on how being "self employed" alters your contact with Whitefolks on the job. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment.
