Description
The most successful investors are the ones who got back up after getting punched in the face. Today's interview is with one of our Real Wealth Network members who not only got but up after getting knocked down hard, but is now winning the game. Let's face it. Real estate, like any investment, doesn't always go as planned. In fact, I just got a call from a Real Wealth investor last week who was upset that one of her investments didn't go as planned. I asked her if her stock market investments went as planned last month. Investments all have inherent risk. The difference with real estate, though, is that your money is tied to a hard asset that doesn't disappear overnight. Unless it burned down or got stuck in a tornado. But even then, you can have insurance for that. In the stock market, you have absolutely no collateral. If it melts down, it's just gone. And you have to wait it out in hopes it will come back. And some stock values never come back. Our guest today has one heck of a story about her real estate investing experience, and how she saved her sinking real estate ship.
