Dr. Berg answers the question from someone about reducing dietary fat calories on keto. If you are doing healthy ketosis, intermittent fasting, in fat burning and already keto adapted, but the metabolism is slow and not losing as much weight as you’d like, if you lower your dietary fat down to about 75g or less, this forces the body to use your own stored fat. The key is to get all the nutrients by eating high quality 3 to 6 ounces protein and large quantity of salad.
