Hey guys! I love this podcast and I’ve been keto for more than two years. One thing I still struggle with is feeling like I don't get enough veggies in my diet. I used to be mostly raw vegan and still think of plants as living foods that provide living properties like antioxidants that heal the body. Sometimes I feel torn between wanting to make veggie juices or green smoothies instead of cooked meats and other animal-based keto foods because I always thought of them as dead foods. The ironic thing is I know I feel best in ketosis with more energy, stable mood, and no joint pain. Should I be concerned about having these thoughts?
