Description
Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of our community’s questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Let’s get started! Stephen: I was listening to an interview that Stephen was doing with Loyd from the EMF Summit. He had mentioned that he has a case on his cell phone than helps block EMF/RF radiation from his cell phone. I have searched his podcasts and his website and could not find anywhere about what he uses as the case on his cell phone? Would you please give me a link or tell me where I can buy one of these EMF blocking cell phone cases? I have looked on Amazon and googled it and there is so much that comes up. I don't think the stickers work. Just wanted to know what he uses. Thanks so much for your help. Stephen Bec: Hi guys, I discovered Stephens work last year and have been glued to his podcast ever since. I love his (and your teams!) approach to health and wanted to enquire about services for my mum. She has been suffering with memory loss and severe vagueness for 5 years now after a short stint on heavy steroids which were perscribed to treat her fibromyalgia. We are based in Melbourne Australia and have tried seeking help from GP's, naturopaths, functional medical practitioners and she has also undergone testing at the Melbourne Dementia clinic, with no definitive answers or diagnosis. I'm her daughter and have worked closely with her on all of these steps and can see her fustration/disappointment with no improvements to her memory loss which is very concerning. I would love to enquire about working with Stephen and if you feel your clinic could help uncover what the hell is going on! Look forward to your response. All the best, Bec Caleb: Hi Stephen, Just wanted to say that I absolutely love listening to your podcasts and learning new things each week. I am getting all of my friends and family onto your products also so thank you for everything you do. I am after some advice regarding a problem I have been experiencing for the past 5 years which continues to be getting more frequent. This is a topic that you have touched on in one of your house call podcasts but was a very generic case which you summed up to magnesium levels. I suffer from VERY aggressive hypnagogic jerks while falling asleep and all the way throughout the night every night. This problem is not only affecting me but also is stopping my wife from having a peaceful night sleep as I continue to wake her by unintentionally hitting her or moving the whole bed with some of my jerks throughout the night. Which is such a horrible feeling knowing I am doing this to her. I have tried the products below for at least 4 -6 weeks each which didn't seem to make much of a difference. Magnesium chloride trans dermal oil (applied to legs before sleep), Magnesium citrate, chilate, oxide, chelate (up to 600mg per day), Valerian, Melatonin, Valium, 5mg of gaba, brief meditation & stretching prior to sleep. My current supplement stack is as follows...-Cort RX by ATP Science. Which is a natural cortisol moderating supplement.- ZMST by ATP Science (Magnisum citrate, Zinc, Selenium & Torene supplement).- Iron supplement by Eagles (as ferrous bisglycinate) 24mg, (given by Integrated Dr) because my doctor said my iron levels are low for a male and it might be playing a part in this issue. My doctor also tested the magnesium levels in my blood which did not show any deficiency. I am currently training 5 days per week. I have been weight training for coming up 2 years and trying to put on size (which seems to be a bit of a struggle) and social basketball once a week. The only other supplements I am taking are creatine monohydrate (5mg per day) and beef collagen protein. I was wondering if you know what could be causing this and if you ultimately know a cure to fix this or decrease the frequency. The only thing I have found that helps slightly some nights is 800mg of DL-phenylalanine befo
