When I started wrestling, that was one of the first time I had independently decided to study something on my own. Coach Joe Saunders was inspired to train in martial arts because of his brothers and he started his journey at 4 years old. Coach Saunders' family moved a lot when he's growing up and martial arts enabled him to find new friends and train on more than 3 disciplines.
