Estrarre dal semicarter sinistro il gruppo
cambio completo (albero primario .... al­
bero secondario + tamburo selettore e for­
cella), facendo attenzione alle rondelle di
rasamento (Fig. 112 • 113 - 114).
• Procedere al rimontaggio eseguendo in ordine
inverso le operazioni già descritte per lo smon­
taggio.
Tra i due semicarters non vi è alcuna guarni­
zione; cospargere le superfici di unione con
un sottile strato di composto di tenuta ai
si I i con i "Wacker Ela stasi I 59".
Accertarsi che i I gioco assiale del l'albero
motore sia di: 0,02 mm.
Il gioco assiale degli alberi del cambio deve
essere: 0,02- mm.
Per installare l'albero motore nel semicarter
sinistro, riscaldare quest'ultimo lentamente
ed uniformemente fino a 80° .;. 100° C.
Prima di procedere all'unione dei due semi­
carters è necessario scaldare il semicarter de·
stro, lentamente ed uniformemente ad una
temperatura di 60° .;. 80° C.
Tenere presente che ogniqualvolta si sepa­
rano i due semicarters è buona norma sosti·
tuire i paraoli.

Carry out rebuild performing the stripdown
operations in reverse order.
No gasket is fitted between the two crankcase
halves. The mating surfaces should be smeared
with a thin layer of silicone sealing compound
"Wacker Sii icone Elastosil 59".
Make certain that the crankshaft end float
is: 0.02 mm.
The side clearance of the gearbox shafts
should be: 0.02 mm.
To install the crankshaft in the left crankcase
half, this latter should be heated slowly and Fig. 113
evenly to 80° -;- 100° C.
Before mating the cases the right crankcase
half should be heated slowly and evenly to
a temperature of 60° -;- 80° C.
Bear in mind that each time crankcases have
been parted, the oil seals shou Id be renewed.
