01 Rimuovere la porta e la lingua ( A ) di sostegno del
materiale;

02 Con l’impianto idraulico + comandi manuali fare

scendere il coltello sino al punto più basso possibile
inserendo sotto al coltello stesso un elemento
metallico ( B ) in grado di reggere 70 q.li dell’altezza
che potrete rilevare tra il sotto del coltello ed il
pavimento. Rimuovere le piastre di spessore poste
sotto lo stelo ( C ) e dopo aver fatto avanzare lo stelo
sino a toccare il coltello rimuovere i due semi-filoni e
l’anella.

03 Con il sistema idraulico sollevare prima gli steli dei

martinetti e quindi tutta la cesoia, verificando che il
coltello resti inserito nelle guide per non meno di 25
cm. . ATTENZIONE RIDURRE QUESTA MISURA
SAREBBE SICURAMENTE PERICOLOSO PER GLI
OPERATORI.

04 Smontare i tubi e le valvole a tazza posti sopra i
pistoni di taglio e quindi montare l’apposito elemento
( C ) atto a sollevare il pistone con una gru da almeno
25 q.li. Sollevare leggermente entrambi i pistoni con
due gru e fare scorrere la barra di sostegno del
pistone stesso ( D ) come indicato nel disegno allegato
facendo molta attenzione che rimanga appoggiata
nell’appoggio intermedio ( E ).

Remove all the hydraulic tubes and cut valves placed

above the cutting rams, fasten with bolts the element
(C) adapted to lift the cutting rams with a crane from
at least 60 lb. Slightly lift both the cutting rams with
two cranes and slide the bar (D) making sure that it
stays supported in mid stance (E)

05 Fare scendere il pistone e appena possibile agganciare

lo stelo nel punto C dell’immagine precedente, con
una fascia per tirare il pistone verso l’esterno sino a
portarlo orizzontale .
A questo punto appoggiare il pistone da un lato, sul
coltello e dall’altro su di un robusto cavalletto e quindi
liberarlo dai due punti di sollevamento agli estremi
sollevandolo al centro in posizione baricentrica e
spostarlo liberamente.
