La disposizione delle figure rispetta un’apposita progressione numerica in base alla posizione occupata, sulla macchina, dagli equipaggiamenti e dai gruppi rappresentati: tale progressione
inizia dalla parte più bassa e termina in corrispondenza della parte più alta della macchina stessa.
Il numero di riferimento di ogni figura “FIG. ...” si trova in alto a destra, sulla relativa pagina.
La descrizione, di ogni equipaggiamento e di ogni gruppo rappresentato, si trova in basso a destra, sulla relativa pagina, sopra lo spazio riservato al proprio codice.
Il codice, dell’equipaggiamento o del gruppo rappresentato, si trova in basso a destra, sulla relativa pagina, sotto lo spazio riservato alla propria descrizione: tale codice è indicato solo nei
casi in cui l’equipaggiamento o il gruppo, in oggetto, sia fornibile completamente assemblato.
All’interno di ogni figura, i vari particolari sono rappresentati scomposti in assonometria (in casi specifici, essi possono essere rappresentati assemblati in viste piane); i particolari sono
disposti nella loro effettiva posizione e nella loro reale disposizione di montaggio.
Ogni singolo particolare è richiamato con il proprio numero di posizione, eccetto le eventuali parti rappresentate con tratto completamente sottile, le quali hanno il solo scopo di
riferimento.
Sul lato destro di ogni figura vi è una tabella con i numeri di posizione progressivi di tutti i particolari richiamati sulla figura stessa: su tale tabella, ogni numero di posizione è affiancato
dalla relativa descrizione, dalla quantità riferita alla figura di appartenenza e dal corrispondente codice.
Nelle figure che, oltre ai vari singoli particolari, contengono anche uno o più gruppi scomponibili in altri singoli particolari fornibili, per ogni gruppo, a fianco del corrispondente numero
di posizione all’esterno della tabella, è sempre indicato il numero di riferimento della relativa figura nella quale è rappresentata la scomposizione del gruppo stesso: nella tabella, il codice
di tale gruppo è indicato solo nei casi in cui il gruppo stesso sia fornibile completamente assemblato; la figura, con la rappresentazione di detto gruppo, sarà situata sempre di seguito a
quella, o a quelle, su cui è rappresentato il proprio equipaggiamento di appartenenza.
Dopo aver individuato uno o più particolari di ricambio da richiedere, sulla relativa figura di appartenenza, in tutti i casi di normale ed urgente richiesta, MATEC raccomanda all’utente di
compilare sempre in modo esatto, completo e chiaro una fotocopia del MODULO PER LA RICHIESTA DI PARTICOLARI DI RICAMBIO con tutti i dati richiesti, allo scopo di evitare
eventuali errori e/o ritardi nella consegna; in particolare, è indispensabile che siano indicati sempre i seguenti dati:
- LA QUANTITÀ DI OGNI PARTICOLARE DI RICAMBIO RICHIESTO;
- IL CODICE DI OGNI PARTICOLARE DI RICAMBIO RICHIESTO;

Il modello, il numero di matricola e l’anno di fabbricazione della macchina sono rapidamente individuabili sull’apposita targhetta, situata sul lato superiore sinistro dell’armadio elettrico
della macchina stessa.

 USE OF THE SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE
MATEC recommends to the user to learn the whole contents of this page, before consulting the various figures of the SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE.
The consultation of the SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE allows the search of all the suppliable parts which compose the machine, in their assembly disposition.
The SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE is composed by the sections A and B, below described.
SECTION A - INTRODUCTION: It contains the USE OF THE SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE, described in this page, the SPARE PARTS REQUEST FORM and the FIGURES INDEX,
including the schematic frontal view of the machine with the location of all the figures being part of the SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE.
SECTION B - FIGURES: It Contains the complete representation of all the units and all the groups which compose the machine, with one or more figures for each of them.
The disposition of the figures respects an appropriate numerical progression according to the busy position, on the machine, by the units and the groups which are represented: such
progression begins from the lowest part and ends in correspondence of the highest part of the said machine.
The reference number of every figure “FIG. ...” is situated at the right of the high side, on the relative page.
The description, of every unit and every group represented is situated at the right of the low side, on the relative page, above the space reserved to its code.
The code, of the unit or the group represented, is situated at the right of the low side, on the relative page, under the space reserved to its description: such code is indicated only in the
case that the unit or the group, in question, is suppliable completely assembled.
In every figure, the various parts are represented dismantled in axonometry (in specific cases, they can be represented assembled in plain views); the parts are disposed in their true
position and in their real assembly disposition.
Every single part is marked with its position number, except the eventual parts represented with a completely thin line, which have the only purpose of reference.
On the right side of every figure there is a table with the progressive position numbers of all the parts marked on the said figure: on this table, every position number is placed near the
relative description, the quantity referred to the belonging figure and the corresponding code.
In the figures which, besides the various single parts, also contain one or more groups whose components can be disassembled in other single suppliable parts, for every group, near the
corresponding position number at the outside of the table, the reference number of the relative figure in which is represented the dismantling of the said group is always indicated: in the
table, the code of such group is indicated only in the case that the said group is suppliable completely assembled; the figure, with the representation of the said group, will be always
situated following the one, or the ones, on which its belonging unit is represented.
After having located one or more spare parts to be required, on the relative belonging figure, in every case of normal and urgent request, MATEC recommends to the user to always
compile exactly, completely and clearly a photocopy of the SPARE PARTS REQUEST FORM with all the required data, in order to avoid eventual errors and/or delay times regarding
the delivery; particularly, it is essential that the following data are always indicated:
- THE QUANTITY OF EVERY REQUIRED SPARE PART;
- THE CODE OF EVERY REQUIRED SPARE PART;
- THE BELONGING FIGURE OF EVERY REQUIRED SPARE PART;
- THE MACHINE MODEL;
- THE MACHINE SERIAL NUMBER;
- THE MACHINE MANUFACTURE YEAR;
- THE EXACT, COMPLETE AND CLEAR ADDRESS OF THE USER.

The model, the serial number and the manufacture year of the machine can be quickly found on the appropriate data plate, situated at the left of the upper side on the electric cabinet of
the machine.

CAUTION!: The parts not suppliable are the ones having their codes not included either in the SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE, or in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL, but such
codes are visible, casually, on other documents, as, for example, the single parts of the electronic boards, whose codes are present only on specific sheets of the
machine technical documentation set.
