CARATTERISTICHE DELLA MACCHINA

MACHINE SPECIFICATION

La macchina in oggetto è un forno per il termotrattamento di lastre

presensibilizzate.
Le sue principali caratteristiche sono:

¾ Temperatura uniforme su tutto il piano grazie al ricircolo

continuo dell'aria calda ottenuto con motoventilatori posti
nella parte superiore del forno.
¾ Cappa di aspirazione per l'espulsione del calore e di eventuali
vapori.
¾ Il grado di cottura è controllato regolando la velocità di
avanzamento del nastro trasportatore e la temperatura del
forno.
¾ Termoregolatore.
¾ Perfetto isolamento termico
¾ La temperatura di utilizzo di 250°C viene raggiunta in
50 minuti circa.

This machine is an oven for baking presensitized plates.

Main features:
¾ The temperature is uniform over the whole bed thanks to the
continuous re-circulation of hot air obtained by two motor-
driven fans located in the upper section of the oven.
