 Il nuovo numero di UFASHON è dedicato al favoloso mondo del wedding, così pi-

Kasko che, dopo la laurea all’Università di Architet-
tura e Design di Karkhov in Ucraina, si è dedicata
alla progettazione digitale in 3D per realizzare torte
che sono gioielli di design. Dinara Kasko, combi-
nando architettura e pasticceria, è riuscita a dare vita
a dolci magnifici che non sfigurerebbero in un mu-
seo del Design contemporaneo. Il food diventa così
letteralmente Arte e, anche se forse un po’ dispiace
dover mangiare questi capolavori che, ça va sans
dire, sono comunque dolci ed è da sempre questo il
loro destino finale, consolatevi pensando che al loro
interno troverete ogni tipo di golosità, tra mousse,
pan di Spagna, creme e meringhe. Un applauso,
quindi, alla geniale Dinara Kasko, insuperabile
maestra in un’arte tanto gustosa quanto avantgarde.
A cake does not just have to be tasty but it has to
be mainly beautiful to look at. Dinara Kasko knows
it very well. In fact, after a degree in Architecture and
Design in Karkhov, Ukraine, she studied three-di-
mensional digital techniques to create cakes that
are real jewels in design. Dinara Kasko, combi-
ning architecture and pastry, has been able to
give life to wonderful cakes that can be very well
exhibited in an Art and Design Museum. Food
becomes works of Art and by admiring them
you do not have the feeling to eat them, but, ça
va sans dire, they are very sweet so their destiny
is to be eaten. So do not feel guilty because they
taste good with their filling made out of mousse,
sponge cake, cream, and meringue. A big applause
goes to the genius of Dinara Kasko, incom-
parable master in such avant-garde and tasty art.
