ATTENTAMENTE I TERMINI E LE CONDIZIONI CHE SEGUONO.
CARICANDO O USANDO IL SOFTWARE, SI ACCETTANO I
TERMINI DEL PRESENTE CONTRATTO.SE NON SI ACCETTANO
TALI TERMINI, NON INSTALLARE N USARE IL SOFTWARE.

Avviso:
1. I rivenditori di schede madre Intel, gli integratori
di sistemi che utilizzano schede madre Intel, i rivenditori
di sistemi che includono schede madre Intel sono soggetti
a tutte le parti del presente CONTRATTO DI LICENZA;
2. Gli utenti finali sono soggetti solo a quanto previsto
dallAllegato A del CONTRATTO DI LICENZA SOFTWARE
INTEL.

Ai rivenditori/integratori:

LICENZA. Il Software viene concesso in licenza

esclusivamente per luso con schede madre Intel.
La licenza esclude lutilizzo del Software con
schede madre di marchi diversi. Nel rispetto dei termini
del presente contratto, Intel concede allutente la licenza
su scala mondiale, interamente pagata, non esclusiva
e non trasferibile ai diritti di copyright
di Intel e dei sui fornitori a:
a) copiare, installare il Software in un computer singolo
esclusivamente per scopi di ridistribuzione commerciale;
b) distribuire il Software ai propri utenti finali,
ma solo a condizione che questi siano soggetti
a un contratto di licenza che preveda termini almeno
altrettanto vincolanti quanto quelli del contratto di
licenza Intel per utente finale singolo, riportato
nellAllegato A; e
c) copiare e distribuire leventuale documentazione
daccompagnamento al Software, ma solo in
congiunzione con il Software.

Lutente, se non un produttore o un rivenditore finale di sistemi

che incorporano il Software, pu trasferire una copia singola
del Software, con la relativa documentazione per lutente finale,
ai propri clienti, che la possono utilizzare in conformit
con i termini di questo contratto di licenza e a condizione
che accettino completamente i vincoli imposti dal presente contratto.
vietato altrimenti assegnare, concedere in sottolicenza,
noleggiare o, in qualsiasi altro modo, trasferire e divulgare
a terzi il Software. vietato decompilare, disassemblare
o in qualsiasi altro modo retroingegnerizzare il Software.

Eccetto da quanto espressamente contenuto in questo contratto,

allutente non viene concessa alcuna licenza o diritto in modo
diretto, presunto, per induzione, per preclusione o in altro modo.
Intel ha il diritto di ispezionare, direttamente o tramite un revisore
indipendente, la documentazione contabile rilevante ai fini
di verificare lavvenuta conformit ai termini e alle condizioni del
presente contratto.

Lingua. La versione in lingua inglese del presente contratto

la sola versione vincolante dal punto di vista giuridico e prevale
su qualunque traduzione. La versione tradotta di questo contratto
viene fornita esclusivamente per fini pratici e non deve essere
utilizzata per interpretare o dedurre il significato di questo
contratto e non deve essere vincolante per le parti.

Marchi. vietato utilizzare il nome Intel in qualunque pubblicazione,

annuncio pubblicitario o comunicazione di altro tipo, senza
la preventiva approvazione scritta di Intel. Lutente non ha alcun
diritto a utilizzare qualunque marchio o logo Intel.

PROPRIET DEL SOFTWARE E COPYRIGHT. La titolarit di tutte

le copie del Software rimane di Intel o dei suoi fornitori.
Il Software protetto dalle leggi sul copyright e dalle leggi
degli Stati Uniti e di altre nazioni, e da clausole di trattati
internazionali. vietato rimuovere dal Software qualsiasi
avviso di copyright. Intel pu modificare il Software, o gli elementi
a cui si fa riferimento in questo documento, in qualsiasi
momento e senza preavviso, senza alcun obbligo
di supportare o aggiornare il Software. Ad eccezione di quanto
altrimenti stabilito in modo esplicito, Intel non concede alcun
diritto, n espresso n implicito, derivante da brevetti, clausole
di copyright, marchi commerciali o altri diritti di propriet
intellettuale di Intel. permesso trasferire il Software solo se
il destinatario del Software accetta in pieno questi termini e se
al momento di trasferire il Software non ne conserva alcuna copia.

GARANZIA LIMITATA DEI SUPPORTI. Se il Software stato

fornito da Intel su supporti fisici, Intel garantisce che essi saranno
esenti da difetti nel materiale per novanta (90) giorni a decorrere
dalla consegna da parte di Intel. Nel caso i supporti risultassero
difettosi, restituirli a Intel, che a sua discrezione
li sostituir o fornir supporti alternativi del Software.

ESCLUSIONE DI ALTRE GARANZIE. AD ECCEZIONE DI QUANTO

PREVISTO IN PRECEDENZA, IL SOFTWARE VIENE FORNITO
"COS COM", SENZA ALCUNA GARANZIA, ESPRESSA O
IMPLICITA,DI ALCUN TIPO, COMPRESE LE GARANZIE DI
COMMERCIABILIT,NON VIOLAZIONE DEI DIRITTI O IDONEIT
PER UNO SCOPO SPECIFICO. Intel non garantisce
laccuratezza o la completezza delle informazioni, testo, immagini,
collegamenti o altri elementi contenuti nel Software, n si assume
alcuna responsabilit in merito.

LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSABILIT. N INTEL N I SUOI

FORNITORI SARANNO RESPONSABILI, IN NESSUN CASO, DI
DANNI DI QUALUNQUE TIPO (INCLUSI, A TITOLO
DI ESEMPLIFICAZIONE E NON DI ENUMERAZIONE,
LA PERDITA DI PROFITTI, LE INTERRUZIONI DELLATTIVIT
COMMERCIALE O LA PERDITA DI INFORMAZIONI) DERIVANTI
DALLUSO O DALLIMPOSSIBILIT DI USO DEL SOFTWARE,
ANCHE NEL CASO IN CUI INTEL FOSSE STATA INFORMATA
DELLA POSSIBILIT DI TALI DANNI. ALCUNE GIURISDIZIONI
NON AMMETTONO LESCLUSIONE O LA LIMITAZIONE DI
RESPONSABILIT RELATIVA ALLE GARANZIE IMPLICITE O AI
DANNI INDIRETTI O INCIDENTALI, COS CHE LA LIMITAZIONE
PRECEDENTE POTREBBE NON ESSERE APPLICABILE.
POSSIBILE ANCHE CHE SI DISPONGA DI ALTRI DIRITTI LEGALI,
CHE VARIANO DA GIURISDIZIONE A GIURISDIZIONE.

TERMINAZIONE DEL PRESENTE CONTRATTO. Intel pu terminare

questo contratto in qualsiasi momento se lutente ne viola i termini.
Alla terminazione del contratto, lutente deve distruggere
immediatamente il Software o restituirne tutte le copie a Intel.

LEGGI APPLICABILI. Le eventuali rivendicazioni relative

a questo contratto saranno soggette alle leggi dello
Stato del Delaware, esclusi i principi atti a generare
un conflitto legale e la Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite
sui contratti relativi alla vendita di beni. vietato esportare
il Software in violazione delle leggi e norme pertinenti.
Intel non soggetta ad alcun obbligo derivante da altri contratti
che non siano per iscritto e sottoscritti
da un rappresentante autorizzato da Intel.

DIRITTI LIMITATI DA PARTE DEL GOVERNO. Il Software viene

fornito con "DIRITTI LIMITATI". Luso, la duplicazione
o la divulgazione da parte del governo sono soggetti
alle limitazioni specificate nella normativa
FAR52.227-14 e DFAR252.227-7013 e clausole successive, o in
quella che lha sostituita. Luso del Software da parte del governo
comporta laccettazione dei diritti di propriet di Intel specificati
in questo documento. Il fornitore o il produttore Intel Corporation,
2200 Mission College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

SE NON SI ACCETTANO TALI TERMINI, NON INSTALLARE N
USARE IL SOFTWARE.

LICENZA. Si autorizza a copiare il Software su un solo

computer per uso personale, non commerciale, e ad eseguire
una copia di backup del Software, fatte salve le seguenti condizioni:

1.Il Software viene concesso in licenza esclusivamente

per luso con prodotti Intel. La licenza esclude
lutilizzo del Software con prodotti di marchi diversi.
2. vietato copiare, modificare, noleggiare, vendere,
distribuire o trasferire qualsiasi parte del Software, a eccezione
di quanto specificato nel presente contratto, e lutente
acconsente a impedire lesecuzione
di copie non autorizzate del Software.
3. vietato retroingegnerizzare, decompilare o disassemblare
il Software.
4. vietato concedere in sublicenza o permettere luso
simultaneo del Software da parte di pi utenti.
5.Condizioni specifiche del Software di DivX, Inc.
(a) Questa LICENZA garantisce il diritto di utilizzare
il
Software esclusivamente per uso personale. Eccetto
i casi di
licenza di DivX Inc. in cui sia diversamente stabilito,
ai sensi
di questa LICENZA non consentito lutilizzo
commerciale del
Software o dei prodotti che derivano dal suo utilizzo.
(b) E proibito utilizzare il Software con prodotti
software o
hardware il cui scopo "transcodificare" o convertire

contenuti video DivX o DivX Media Format in un

altro formato.
(c) ATTENZIONE: LUTILIZZO DI QUESTO
SOFTWARE IN
QUALUNQUE MODO CONFORME ALLO STANDARD

VISUAL E VIETATO, AD ECCEZIONE DELLUTILIZZO

(d) Il Software contiene la tecnologia di codifica

Surround (MP3 Surround Technology) soggetta a
brevetti
registrati da Fraunhofer IIS, Agere e Thomson
Licensing S.A.
(TLS).
LA TECNOLOGIA MP3 SURROUND DI CUI E
MUNITO
NON E DA INTENDERSI PER LUTILIZZO CON
APPLICAZIONI SOLO AUDIO,
IMPLEMENTAZIONI O
FUNZIONALITA O PER CREARE FILE SOLO
AUDIO DI
MP3 O DI MP3 SURROUND.
Non si pu utilizzare la tecnologia MP3 Surround
per
codificare o decodificare audio MP3 o MP3
Surround in o
da un file a meno che non sia presente il
corrispondente
file video DivX. PER POTER UTILIZZARE LA
TECNOLOGIA

Non si possono creare, distribuire, o fornire
istruzioni
per alcun programma solo audio di MP3 o MP3
Surround,
applicazioni o funzioni chiamata, accedere o
partecipare
alla Tecnologia MP3 Surround a meno che non si
in
possesso dell'autorizzazione da parte di TLS per
tali
utilizzi.
Con la presente si negano i diritti sui marchi o
loghi di
propriet di TLS, inclusi senza limitazioni
mp3 o mp3 Surround. Non consentito
utilizzare i
marchi o i loghi con la parola mp3 in maniera
che possa
causare confusione per la mancanza della
funzionalit
solo audio degli MP3 o MP3 Surround nel
prodotto.
6.Il Software pu includere parti che sono soggette a termini
aggiuntivi, oltre a quelli iportati in questo documento,
stabiliti nelle licenze relative a tali parti.

(Seller/Integrator Distribution & Single User)

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE COPYING, INSTALLING OR USING.

DO NOT USE OR LOAD THIS SOFTWARE AND ANY ASSOCIATED
MATERIALS (COLLECTIVELY, THE SOFTWARE) UNTIL YOU
HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. BY LOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE,
YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU
DO NOT WISH TO SO AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE
THE SOFTWARE.

Please Also Note:

1. If You are a seller of Intel motherboards, integrator of
Intel motherboards into systems, or a seller of systems
that include Intel motherboards (Seller/Integrator) this
complete LICENSE AGREEMENT applies;
2. If You are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT, applies.

For Seller/Integrators:

LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction

with Intel motherboard products. Use of the Software in
conjunction with non-Intel motherboard products is not
licensed hereunder.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel grants to You a
nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license
under Intels and its suppliers copyrights to:
a) copy or install the Software onto a single computer
system solely for commercial re-distribution purposes;
b) distribute the Software, to Your end-users, but only
under a license agreement with terms at least as
restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final,
Single User License Agreement, attached as Exhibit A;
and
c) copy and distribute the end-user documentation
which may accompany the Software, but only in
association with the Software.

If You are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system

incorporating the Software, then You may transfer a single copy of
the Software and related end-user documentation to Your recipient
for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, provided
such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You
shall not otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way
transfer or disclose Software to any third party. You shall not
decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse-engineer the Software.

Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is

granted to You directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or
otherwise. Intel shall have the right to inspect or have an
independent auditor inspect Your relevant records to verify Your
compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Language. The English language version of this Agreement

shall be the only legally binding version and shall prevail over
any translation. Any translation of this Agreement is provided for
convenience only and shall not be used in the interpretation or
construction of this Agreement and shall not be binding on the
parties.

Trademarks. You shall not use Intel's name in any publications,

advertisements, or other announcements without Intel's prior written
consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel trademarks or
logos.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies

of the Software remains with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is
copyrighted and protected by the laws of the United States and
other countries, and international treaty provisions. You may not
remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel or its
suppliers may make changes to the Software, or to items
referenced therein, at any time and without notice, but is not
obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherwise
expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right
under Intel patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual
property rights. You may transfer the Software only if the
recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms and if you
retain no copies of the Software.

LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered

by Intel on physical media, Intel warrants the media to be free from
material physical defects for a period of ninety (90) days after
delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, return the media to
Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software as Intel
may select.

EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED

ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Intel does not warrant
or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of
any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained
within the Software.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS

SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT
OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE,
EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL
RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this

Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination,
you will immediately destroy the Software or return all copies of
the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall
be governed by the laws of California, excluding its principles of
conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for
the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Software in violation of
applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obligated under
any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an
authorized representative of Intel.

GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided

with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS." Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-14
and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use of the
Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's
proprietary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel
Corporation, 2200 Mission College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

EXHIBIT A
INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (Final, Single User)

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE COPYING, INSTALLING OR USING.

DO NOT USE OR LOAD THIS SOFTWARE AND ANY ASSOCIATED
MATERIALS (COLLECTIVELY, THE SOFTWARE) UNTIL
YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. BY LOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU
AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT
WISH TO SO AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

LICENSE. You may copy the Software onto a single computer for
your personal, noncommercial use, and you may make one
back-up copy of the Software, subject to these conditions:
1. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with
Intel motherboard products. Use of the Software in
conjunction with non-Intel motherboard products is not
licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any
part of the Software except as provided in this Agreement,

MATERIALS (COLLECTIVELY, THE SOFTWARE) UNTIL YOU

YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU

Please Also Note:

1. If You are a seller of Intel motherboards, integrator of
Intel motherboards into systems, or a seller of systems
that include Intel motherboards (Seller/Integrator) this
complete LICENSE AGREEMENT applies;
2. If You are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT, applies.

For Seller/Integrators:

LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction

with Intel motherboard products. Use of the Software in
conjunction with non-Intel motherboard products is not
licensed hereunder.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel grants to You a
nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license
under Intels and its suppliers copyrights to:
a) copy or install the Software onto a single computer
system solely for commercial re-distribution purposes;
b) distribute the Software, to Your end-users, but only
under a license agreement with terms at least as
restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final,
Single User License Agreement, attached as Exhibit A;
and
c) copy and distribute the end-user documentation
which may accompany the Software, but only in
association with the Software.

If You are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system

incorporating the Software, then You may transfer a single copy of
the Software and related end-user documentation to Your recipient
for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, provided
such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You
shall not otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way
transfer or disclose Software to any third party. You shall not
decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is
granted to You directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or
otherwise. Intel shall have the right to inspect or have an
independent auditor inspect Your relevant records to verify Your
compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Language. The English language version of this Agreement

shall be the only legally binding version and shall prevail over
any translation. Any translation of this Agreement is provided for
convenience only and shall not be used in the interpretation or
construction of this Agreement and shall not be binding on the
parties.

Trademarks. You shall not use Intel's name in any publications,

advertisements, or other announcements without Intel's prior written
consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel trademarks or
logos.
