La MACCHINA
MACHINE
Sheet bending can nowadays be
performed with different machines:
press brakes, profiling machines,
panelling machines. But only press
brakes offer a great flexibility of use
against a reduced initial investment.
Moreover even very big parts are bent,
which is not possible with the other
machines mentioned.
The electronically synchronized
hydraulic press brakes PRAECISA
are g.a.d.e. top-of-the-line products,
able to meet all the customers
requirements.

La piegatura della lamiera oggi pu

essere fatta con pi tipi di macchine:
pressa piegatrice, profilatrice,
pannellatrice. Solo la pressa piegatrice
permette per di avere un limitato
investimento iniziale ed una grandissima
flessibilit, oltre naturalmente al fatto
di poter piegare particolari anche di
grandissime dimensioni, cosa impossibile
con le altre macchine elencate.
Per g.a.d.e. le presse piegatrici
oleodinamiche a sincronizzazione
elettronica della serie PRAECISA sono
la punta di diamante della produzione
e sono in grado di soddisfare tutte le
esigenze della clientela.

Die MASCHINE
Das Biegen von Blech kann heute mit
verschiedenen Maschinen erfolgen:
Biegepresse, Profiliermaschine
und Abkantautomat. Nur die
Biegemaschine allerdings verspricht
eine berschaubare Anfangsinvestition
und sehr hohe Flexibilitt, abgesehen
davon, dass es damit mglich ist, auch
gro bemessene Teile zu biegen, was
bei den anderen genannten Maschinen
nicht der Fall ist.

mit elektronischer Synchronisierung
der Baureihe PRAECISA sind

consentiti dai trasporti su automezzi.
Costruite con lamiere certificate di alta qualit, saldate
elettricamente e lavorate su grandi alesatrici a montante
mobile.

Die Biegepressen der Serie PRAECISA zhlen zweifellos zu
den robustesten Maschinen am Markt, die selbst bei einem
Einsatz ber die erlaubten Grenzen hinaus formstabil sind.
Die Abmessungen des in Monoblockbauweise gefertigten
Rahmens reichen bis zu den fr den LKW-Transport
vorgeschriebenen Magrenzen.
Zum Bau werden ausschlielich zertifizierte Qualittsbleche
herangezogen, die elektrisch verschweit und auf groen
Frs- und Bohrmaschinen mit fahrbarem Stnder bearbeitet
werden.

Oltre che dalla struttura robusta, laffidabilit delle
presse piegatrici della serie PRAECISA garantita da
grandissima qualit di tutti i componenti utilizzati per la
costruzione, scelti fra le migliori case nazionali ed europee.
Solamente per pochi componenti, di scarsa importanza,
g.a.d.e. esce da questa regola che si imposta per
garantire la propria clientela.

ergibt sich neben dem hochfesten Maschinenrahmen auch

BACKGAUGE

CROWNING

Any machine having from 2 axes (X-R) to 6 axes (X1-R1-Z1X2-R2-Z2) is provided with a CNC-controlled backgauge
operated by brushless engines.

Any PS-C press brake starting from 3m-length is provided

with the hydraulic crowning of the lower table with sandwich
system. This function is automatically operated by CNC.

Movements through recirculating ball screws on Iinear

slides with recirculating ball bearings.

On request, thanks to PBC SYSTEM software, the crowning

function becomes ACTIVE, i.e. it varies according to the
deflection of the lower table and/or the upper beam.

REGISTRO POSTERIORE

La BOMBATURA

Presente su ogni macchina con un minimo di 2 assi (X-R)

ed un massimo di 6 (X1-R1-Z1-X2-R2-Z2) il registro
movimentato da motori brushless gestiti dal CNC.

Da tre metri in poi tutte le piegatrici serie PS-C sono dotate di

bombatura oleodinamica della tavola inferiore con il sistema
a sandwich. La funzione gestita in automatico dal CNC.

I movimenti sono generati da viti a ricircolazione di sfere e

gli scorrimenti sono su guide lineari con pattini a ricircolazione
di sfere.

A richiesta, con il software PBC SYSTEM la bombatura

pu essere ATTIVA, cio gestita in funzione della flessione
dellincudine inferiore e/o del portalama superiore.

Der HINTERANSCHLAG

Die BOMBIERUNG

Bei jeder Maschine mit mind. 2 (X-R) und max. 6 Achsen (X1R1-Z1-X2-R2-Z2) vorhanden wird der Hinteranschlag durch
CNC-gesteuerte BL-Motoren angetrieben.

Smtliche Biegepressen der Baureihe PS-C sind ab 3 Metern

mit hydraulischer Bombiereinrichtung des Tisches in
Sandwich-System ausgerstet. Die Funktion ist CNC-gesteuert.

Die Bewegung wird durch Kugelgewindetriebe bertragen

und erfolgt auf Linearfhrungen mit Kugelumlaufschlitten.

Auf Wunsch kann die Bombierung dank PBC SYSTEMSoftware AKTIV erfolgen, d.h. in Abhngigkeit der
Durchbiegung von Unterbalken u./o. Oberbalken.

PROGRAMMING
The programmer all PRAECISA press brakes are provided
with combines user-friendliness with quick calculation, essential
conditions for high quality and reduced processing times.
Programming both numerically and graphically, directly by
the machine or in the office (software standard delivered with
the machine) always allows to choose the best solution for the
company and the operator.
The programmer calculates bend angle (in relation to the sheet
and the available tools), bending sequence, sheet unfolding,
required bending power, possible collision points, positioning of
all axes.

La PROGRAMMAZIONE
Il programmatore con cui sono equipaggiate le presse piegatrici
serie PRAECISA unisce alla semplicit di programmazione una
grande velocit di calcolo, binomio essenziale per ottenere grande
qualit e tempi di lavorazione ridotti.
La possibilit di programmare sia in numerico che in grafico,
sia a bordo macchina che in ufficio (con software in dotazione
standard alla macchina), consente di scegliere sempre la
soluzione migliore per lazienda e per loperatore.

Il programmatore in grado di calcolare langolo di piegatura (in

funzione della lamiera e degli utensili a disposizione), la sequenza
di piegatura, lo sviluppo della lamiera, la forza di piegatura, la
presenza di eventuali collisioni, il posizionamento di tutti gli assi.

Die Programmiereinheit, mit der die Biegepressen der Baureihe
PRAECISA ausgerstet sind, vereint einfache Bedienung mit
schneller Berechnung: wesentliche Voraussetzungen fr hohe
Qualitt und kurze Bearbeitungszeiten.
Die Mglichkeit, sowohl numerisch als auch grafisch, sowohl
direkt an der Maschine als auch im Bro (Standard-Software) zu
programmieren, gestattet immer die jeweils fr Unternehmen und
Bediener beste Lsung zu whlen.
Die Programmiereinheit berechnet den Biegewinkel (je
nach Blechtyp und Werkzeugen), die Biegefolge, die
Blechabwicklung, die Biegekraft, eventuelle Kollisionspunkte
und die Positionierung aller Achsen.
