My name is Karen Hollie, Ph.D. I am over the age of 18. I have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving moral turpitude, I am not otherwise disqualified by law from making this Affidavit, and I have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein and swear that such facts are true and correct. 2. Lam the founder and Pastor of Lifeway Church (the “Church”), The Church is located in the Oak Cliff part of the City of Dallas. The Church has a membership of 300 congregants and include persons who are residents of the City of Dallas and who are registered voters residing in the Oak Cliff part of the City of Dallas. 3. The Church has members who reside in Oak Cliff who are opposed to changing the dry status of Oak Cliff and who will be disenfranchised by a “wet-dry” election in the entirety of the City of Dallas that does not differentiate between the City as a whole and the dry areas within the City of Dallas in which some of the Church's members reside. The Church's purposes include advancing the economic, safety, health and community interests of its members.
