- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is awesome! The gym wasn't really working for me because I have such a busy schedule so I couldn't have found this book at a better time! Not only does it give 6 months of training for beginners (which is definitely what I am), but when I feel like I'm ready to progress, it offers workouts and advice for that as well. The author realizes also that this is not just about exercising, but it's a mental process as well. We have to connect our mind with this so we can remain focused and motivated. I'm telling you this book can save you gym membership fees because you need no equipment and it's so effective! You have to read it!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This books gives you a ready-to-use and simple-to-follow programme for building muscle and strength using your body weight and a suspension trainer or set of rings. It is particularly helpful for those unwilling or struggling to create their own routine for long-term practice. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I have always created my own workout and was building muscle a couple years ago then leaning out, but this time I'm looking to stay lean all year. I needed some help with this one and I really enjoy power yoga, but it wasn't enough. This book has some great exercises and even though I am very fit I still had some work to do to get to warrior level. With each day set out in the book for a month it was super easy to incorporate it into my current routine.
