The exercise progressions have written descriptions along with pictures of the start position and “top of movement” so they are easy to follow. Each type of exercise has several progressions, so this is great for beginners who will always have something to work towards.

Covers all the basic exercises. I find the step by step breakdown really useful. Wish they had included more workouts on PARALLETS. Then again this is for beginners, so no complaints

This book is awesome! The gym wasn't really working for me because I have such a busy schedule so I couldn't have found this book at a better time! Not only does it give 6 months of training for beginners (which is definitely what I am), but when I feel like I'm ready to progress, it offers workouts and advice for that as well. The author realizes also that this is not just about exercising, but it's a mental process as well. We have to connect our mind with this so we can remain focused and motivated. I'm telling you this book can save you gym membership fees because you need no equipment and it's so effective! You have to read it!

This books gives you a ready-to-use and simple-to-follow programme for building muscle and strength using your body weight and a suspension trainer or set of rings. It is particularly helpful for those unwilling or struggling to create their own routine for long-term practice. The exercises in the programme have low skill requirements, which means that they can be done by nearly anyone. With a bit of creativity, you can take the framework and principles provided by the programme, modify them and create a custom callisthenics programme so that it matches your goals.

The author has put together a very good book regarding how simple calisthenics can help you turn your body into a strong and healthy machine. The simplest of exercises combined with a healthy diet will promote better overall health. Many people today could greatly benefit from this book by incorporating at least some of the exercises into their daily lives.

I've bought other books from the but this is the first one with a structured program. I'm definitely a beginner when it comes to calisthenics and I look forward to my first muscle up. I would definitely like Al to make a program for his app.

This book provides guidance for exercise that requires no other equipment. It is great for the times that stay at home orders are in effect and the gyms are closed. You may need to review a couple of times to build routines since there are no suggested routines. It suggest number of reps for each exercise.

I have always created my own workout and was building muscle a couple years ago then leaning out, but this time I'm looking to stay lean all year. I needed some help with this one and I really enjoy power yoga, but it wasn't enough. This book has some great exercises and even though I am very fit I still had some work to do to get to warrior level. With each day set out in the book for a month it was super easy to incorporate it into my current routine.

If going to the gym is difficult or costly, this book provides a great structure on body-weight exercises. I'm a fitness enthusiast but with a busy daily schedule it's not easy to find time to workout. This book not only provides guidance for all levels of fitness, but also provides short workouts that can be done within 10-30 minutes daily. I'd highly recommend this book if you're into body weight exercises or enjoy working out at home.
