    PREP + COOK TIME 10 MINS MAKES 4

    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 beef minute steaks
    25g rocket leaves
    8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
    4 dill pickles, sliced lengthways

    Heat the oil on a barbecue flat plate or large frying pan over
