    HAVING BEEN IN the Services for 17 years, I am pretty good at routine and, recently, I have been getting up at 6.30am and going for a run with my 13-year-old, Tom. I am not a great one for breakfast, so after that I head straight to the Mission Motorsport workshop for 9am.
