SEWING DARTS

Sewing a dart is often one of the first steps in the garment sewing process. Often, instructions will simply tell you to 'sew the dart' which, if you've never sewn a dart before, can be a tricky task to master on your own. There are many methods that can help you to perfect darts, from preparing the fabric before you sew, to the stitch settings you select on your machine.
