Q I feel like I should have made resolutions, but I never stick to them and then feel bad – what can I do?
A Choose things you love to do and make them part of your day, rather than adding things you think you “should” be doing. I’m all for banning the word “should” from our vocabulary; it can lead us down the path of feeling guilty, insecure and fundamentally lacking any compassion for ourselves.
