- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Absolutely great starter cookbook! The recipes are easy to follow. The organization of the book is also super well done, making something that could be daunting (meal planning and prep) an easy task. My husband and I have not been using the weekly meal plans, but have been choosing 2-3 new recipes a week to try. So far we have enjoyed each and every one of them.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5There are only two weeks of meal plans in the book and that might not be enough for those looking for a longer meal schedule. If you cook, you will be able to follow the additional recipes and make your own meals off of the allowed foods list. Some recipes can be bland but I fixed that by adding additional spices and seasonings
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As I started reading this book, I thought the lifestyle will be an enormous change for someone who eats meat and rice 2 meals a day. I was going into a 4-day juice cleanse prior and as part of prep I had to avoid meat, refined starches, dairy and sugar. Really, it was practically this book. I've been solely using this book for a month and I've done 15 recipes from it.

The first thing I loved about this diet is that it is fruit friendly! I'm so tired of being told "watch your fruit intake", or that fruits are on the "rarely eat" list. Watermelon (FAVE!), berries, apples, pineapple, bananas, citrus....All my favorites are here! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book doubtlessly charts what the Mediterranean eating schedule is and how to take after it. It moreover has different menus and interesting plans. I would propose it for any person who, comparable to me, would much the same as a brief diagram to assist me keep on target as I get the Mediterranean eating regimen as my favored way of life.
