    This is a good book for anyone interested in wanting to learn about what PALEO is and how to go about it. Helped me go from being overwhelmed to being hopeful about following through with it. I love this easy to understand book--great to understand the Paleo process without being inundated with science and chemical equations!

    book is exactly as described. an overview of the information for people who don't know much about the paleo diet, but are interested in learning more, without having to get stuck in some kind of medical study. since i found the info very interesting and the eating plan doable, i would actually like to know a bit more info, but this is targeted towards beginners.

    This is a really beginning Paleo book. I am not so much a beginner as I am looking for good information as well as great recipes. I found both in this book. There are so many Paleo books out there and it can get really confusing. I felt this book sorted it out for me. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

    Great intro to Paleo if all’s you’ve ever heard is “it’s the caveman diet”. That was not a seller to me, but reading this alongside my mother turned her from keto onto paleo. She’s not seen the same weight loss but loves the food & energy. Nicely advice, great side, & font size along with pics were ledge able.

    Health problems was the reason! This book gives U all the basics .I am 66 & my husband is 80 and we are ready to get rid of foods that are not good for us. Looking to feel much better & improve our health. Enjoyed reading this book while on travel. I’d always been big into keto & wanted to see if this lifestyle would really work for me & they way I shop for food/cook.
