Fresh fruit gives this side salad a sweet and savoury contrast
SERVES 4 Boil 400g green beans, trimmed and halved lengthways, in a saucepan over a medium heat for 10 mins, or until they are just soft, taking care not to overcook them. Drain the beans, then transfer to a serving bowl
