Trainer Saber is a certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Fitness and Lifestyle Management. He is a Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist and co-owner of a gym. Trainer Saber specializes in body transformation.
Two years later, James weighs in at 171 pounds with a BMI of 23% and at the age of 50 he is studying to be a personal trainer.

The 100 Pound War provides an overview of the physical and emotional battles James took while losing 100 pounds. While losing weight, James kept detailed monthly diaries. These diaries can be used as a companion to track how well you are doing every step of the way. Each month, James faced a new challenge as you will.

Each month I kept a journal of weight loss progress. I recorded it daily. I am including each weight loss chart so you can use it to compare how well you are doing. My starting weight was 272.5. (135kg)
In my second month, I was able to lose 13.5 pounds or approximately 6 kg.
In this diary, you will see a lot of experimentation with different kinds of keto
foods also some new CARB cravings that I didn’t experience in the first month. Most importantly, I will discuss the supplements that I started using regularly in Month Two. These were life savers and I still use them today.
Most of these changes, I still follow today. Currently, I weight in at 171 (77kg) pounds with a 23% BMI.
In each Diary, I will share with you: what I learned this month and my biggest tip for each month.
At the end of each diary, you will see my Report Card. The weight change but also the behaviour and transformation change I experienced in the month. Sometimes it was positive but sometimes it was negative - not every month is going to be successful.
