Celebrate with caution, India tell its citizens

THE festive season brings together people from all walks of life. This coming together is what imparts cultural and linguistic integration among all communities in India.

However, things are different this year. While Navaratri has just been observed, festivities such as Diwali and Christmas are around the corner. People have been advised to avoid public gatherings, maintain social etiquette and restrict celebrations at their homes.
