A NEW LEAF

Over the years, I have tried many different ways to eliminate things from my life when I’ve decided they’re not adding anything and to invite in different, better habits. Sometimes it works, but often not. Last year, when I received a Changing Habits Mindfully guide along with my Calm* newsletter, I printed it out and filed it away. And only rediscovered it the other day. This is how they approach it:
