Korean-Style Braised (Slow Cooker) Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:
Two pounds baby back pork ribs
One teaspoon salt
One tablespoon canola oil
Half cup soy sauce
Half cup light soy sauce
Half cup rice wine
One bunch scallions {trimmed and sliced}
One jalapeno pepper chopped {Elective}
Quarter cup minced fresh ginger root
Half onion {cut into quarters}
Quarter cup orange juice
One head garlic {chopped}
Directions:
Rinse ribs and perfectly dry it. Apply Salt on the ribs generously.
