Mexican White Cheese Dip/Sauce

Ingredients:
✓ Two (Four ounce) cans chopped green chilies
✓ Two teaspoons cumin and Cayenne pepper
✓ One tablespoon butter
✓ One-pound white American cheese {cubed}
✓ Half cup milk
✓ Two teaspoons garlic powder
✓ Two teaspoons onion powder
Guidelines:
Place butter, milk and cheese in an average saucepan over small heat. Boil until cheese has dissolved, stirring regularly. Mix in cayenne pepper, onion powder, cumin, green chilies and garlic powder to taste. Add extra milk if dip is too dense. Heat completely and serve instantly.
Mexican White Sauce
Total Time for Preparation:
Two Hours Fifteen minutes
Servings:
For Twenty-Four
Ingredients:
✓ Half tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
✓ One Half teaspoons ground cumin
✓ Half teaspoon salt
✓ ¾ cup of milk
✓ Two cups creamy salad dressing
✓ One Half teaspoons dried oregano
✓ One Half teaspoons garlic powder
Guidelines:
Measure salad dressing into an average container. Slowly mix in the milk. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, cumin and red pepper flakes and stir well. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours. {for the flavors to
