THE SEASONAL HOME: Winter

Winter can provide more of a challenge for decorating the home with seasonal flowers and plants than other times of the year. However, there is still an abundance of holly and ivy which can be used beyond Christmas in creative ways, and other leaves such as eucalyptus can look beautiful on their own in a simple vase. Late winter sees the emergence of early bulbs and blooms in the garden which can be used in arrangements indoors. Consider snowdrops, hellebores and anemones to bring cheer from later January into Februrary.
