That's a lot of people who don't eat meat. Can you survive not eating meat? Why would you follow a diet with so many restrictions? What is the benefit of a diet that does not include any foods made from animals? Could this diet help you?

    Those are all very good questions that will be answered in this book. Good health and wellbeing is something that everyone wants. If you have health issues, you are probably looking for a way to enhance the treatment that you are currently receiving for those issues.

    There are many healthy lifestyles that are touted by the media every day. It's hard to keep up with them, and even harder to understand them. I'm here to tell you that in this book, I have taken three very effective diets and explained them. In particular, I've written about veganism and how you can also use intermittent fasting and the ketogenic diet while you are on a vegan meal plan.

Some of these science-based health benefits are weight loss, lower blood sugar levels, protection against certain cancers, lower risk of heart disease and a reduction in arthritis pain (Petre, 2016) In this book, I go into more detail about the benefits. You will be amazed at what you find out.
