      Creative Writing Rocket Seminar

      Students in this class studied poetry, short stories, novels, personal essays, and plays.

      This literary magazine represents some of their best work. The theme is Life and the writing addresses that topic from all different angles. It is a glimpse into the hearts, minds, and experiences of the teenagers in Roxboro, NC.

      Hello life...

      I'm the weather...

      Some days I'm as dark as the moon and other days I am as bright as the sun.

      Sometimes I can be as pretty as a butterfly and other days my attitude can sting you like a bee.

      There are days when I am in my prime and there are days when the sun just doesn't shine.

      I'm like the weather one day it's cold, one day it's hot

      One day I'm okay, one day I'm not.
