    CHAPTER 1

L ong before human history began a great and widespread galactic expansion existed. A vast explosion of life on various worlds resulted in rapid development as highly intelligent beings were born on multiple planets and quickly invented the technology needed to advance their species. These beings lived on their home planets and eventually took over or settled on other worlds. At times, these worlds were already occupied, often leading to war. Frequently, these horrific conflicts had a similar outcome; either one of the sides was exterminated or the loser was forced to find a new home.

Civilizations liked to showcase their military developments and superiority while warring with other planets. After the conclusion of the wars, new kingdoms quickly took up occupancy on habitable planets and established a thriving foothold. This led to the emergence of powerful empires.

War was a sad reality in the early days. Seemingly insignificant desires and the subtlest use of dialect were used as a justification for planetary governments to attack in hopes of exhibiting military prowess. During this dark time, beings only knew how to get what they wanted by way of force and, as a result, many races perished and became extinct.

As the older civilizations grew, great leaders began to work together, forming a senate to peacefully monitor the galaxy. The leaders quickly discovered that peace and negotiation went much further than fighting. Peaceful solutions were developed and treaties formed, leading to the beginning of the Age of Resolution. One treaty declared that all worlds in the Milky Way’s habitable zone that carried life would be left in peace to develop naturally without the powers that be laying claim to these planets. The purpose of this treaty was to create a balance of power among the galaxy’s elite and give two civilizations from the Pleiades star system a new place to live after a great war ravaged their home.

One of these civilizations came from the planet Lyrae. It was a highly evolved civilization that spread throughout the Pleiades system quite rapidly and by any means. The Lyrians were denizens known for their greedy ways and aggressive methods of attaining everything they desired. They had few allies due to their aggressive nature but still managed to find ways to succeed. Their role in the war began as an ally to an even greater menace from another planet called Ceyx, before having to fight them off at the end. The Lyrians felt that an alliance like the one they had with Ceyx was their key to dominance. What they did not realize was that the Ceyxians were much more powerful and had their own plan.

The other race of beings that was relocated to the Milky Way lived on the planet Eolus. The Eolusians were known to be quite peaceful and highly religious in their views. Although not known for aggression, they did have a formidable military. Their military strength was demonstrated during an encounter with a very powerful invader that set its sights on their planet. In an attempt to advance their empire, beings from Ceyx began inhabiting planets very aggressively. Near the end of the war the creatures attempted to invade Eolus. Despite their peaceful nature, the Eolusians had no intention of losing their home to invaders so they mounted a fierce defense, resulting in the Ceyxians, who were also called Avians, being forced to retreat and abandon their conquest. Their defeat at the hands of the Eolusians led the Ceyxians to engage in dangerous scientific experiments to help their advancement. Having lost most of their population to war, the Ceyxians began to conduct god-like medical procedures in which they would create new creatures. Their aggressive ways eventually caused them to turn on their greatest ally, the Lyrians. With most of the planetary invasions being led by the Ceyxians, their population quickly began to dwindle. To save their race, they experimented on their ally’s citizens before being uncovered by Lyrian intelligence and climaxing in a war against their one time friends. The breaking apart of this alliance provided an opportunity for the other planets to intervene. Many peaceful worlds worked together to prevent the rapid expansion of the Ceyxian and Lyrian empires and found their break when Lyrae and Ceyx began to battle. The worlds found themselves capable of defending the evil intentions of the two empires and found ways to outnumber the Ceyx and Lyria in a great final battle. During this battle, Ceyx was destroyed and Lyrae had its atmosphere and most of its ecosystems devastated.

The outcome of the great Galactic Wars gave the senate an opportunity to show their grace to the Eolusians. After the war, Eolus became increasingly uninhabitable due to the environmental impact from all the bombing that had taken place. Lyrae felt a similar fate. The senate first acted on the aggressive planet. Not wanting to kill the entire species, they voted to create a blockade to confine the Lyrians to their home planet until a deal could be made. After agreeing to meet with the senate, the leaders of Lyrae were given the option to either move to another planet in a more desolate solar system with a smaller population or stay and be destroyed. Faced with eventual extinction if they remained on Lyrae, they chose to move. The denizens of Eolus were given a similar choice and they likewise chose to do the same.

The system chosen for both planets’ relocation by the senate consisted of three habitable planets circling a medium-sized star in the outer arm of the Milky Way. The names of the planets were Earth, Mars, and Nibiru. The Eolusian settlers, who were known for living by peaceful means chose the planet Mars and in deference to their new home world, took to calling themselves Martians. The Lyrians were moved to the third of the habitable planets in the system, Nibiru, With the goal of putting their past behind them, they would now be called the Annunaki. Having no allies left, the Annunaki did not want enemies to be able to identify them as they once were. With a fresh start, they had the opportunity to dictate a more optimistic future.

The arrival of these two species was an important step in the development of intergalactic life in this solar system as they were the first beings of higher intelligence to arrive to the Milky Way. Placing two species at this desolate location was beneficial for all parties. The settlers on Mars would have a new opportunity for life, and the Nibiruan settlers would have a chance to rebuild their civilization by more peaceful means. Since the geography of the new world was much more desolate than their previous planet, the senate reasoned that the Annunaki would have no choice but to work with their new neighbors in regards to important decisions. It was hoped that the powerful culture of Mars would spread to Nibiru and be a positive influence to the Annunaki.

The Annunaki were a reflection of their new planet. Their physical build reflected their desire to become a dominant species. They were much taller beings than the Martians, around eight to ten feet tall, with a strong but slender build. They had very broad shoulders and a very thin waist. The Annunaki were biped creatures, having two arms and two legs with heads that were slightly smaller in proportion to their bodies with longer skulls and small, slanted, dark, oval- shaped eyes. Typically, the females had blonde or red hair while the males were known to be bald or have similar colored hair. Despite their height and imposing build, the Annunaki were not as strong as one would think. Their physiology consisted of a muscle fiber that enabled a large amount of strength and speed for short periods of time, but they quickly lost energy. This created a unique enigma for them in their mining explorations. They needed to work longer hours, but were unable to due to fatigue. Their advances in technology would, in time, contribute to genetically weakening their endurance even further, which in turn would limit their fighting skills.

The leaders of Nibiru felt this new beginning could lead to an opportunity for eventual advancements. Unfortunately, their reckless ways of utilizing their resources would create enough anxiety among its leadership that they were bound to repeat their previous mistakes. Led by both greed and necessity in its ways of living, the Annunaki were constantly looking for resources to improve their way of life. Their goal was to continue exploring while striving to build a powerful legacy within the galaxy. Having a strong desire to find gold, copper, and other precious metals, they exhausted their planet’s own supply and began exploring other nearby worlds and moons with the hopes of finding what they needed to settle and take over other planets. Gold was most important resource because of its use as a conductor of electricity and heat. It’s also known for its malleability as well as resistance to rust. It melts at a relatively low temperature, can be shaped into useful objects, and is resistant to chemicals. Gold’s properties were important to Nibiru because they used it to keep the heat within the planet’s atmosphere as well as on their many ships as heat shields. The Annunaki’s main use of gold was to grind it into small sand-sized grains and sprinkle it over Nibiru’s atmosphere to help keep it strong. This was vital due to the planet’s location near Jupiter, a large gas giant planet whose gravity was strong enough to pull away Nibiru’s atmosphere.

The Annunaki also used Gold for health reasons. They would search for monatomic gold because of its ability to heal the body and keep it from aging. This type of gold was found in certain bodies of water. Gold’s healing powers were well known and this also motivated the Annunaki to find it.

Nibiru was a water world. Its surface was eighty-five percent water, and its civilians lived in domed cities in the ocean and on land. The water had a red hue to it as it contained elevated amounts of iron. This red water worked to the Annunaki’s advantage as their diet desperately needed iron. The Annunaki were constantly mining asteroids and moons, searching for these valuable metals. After becoming accustomed to their new home, the Annunaki began traveling throughout the solar system to expand their search for the metals needed for their technology. These mining expeditions mostly took place on planetary moons, larger asteroids or dwarf planets within the Kueper Belt - the area of the solar system that had left over material after the big bang. These expeditions not only helped to maintain Nibiru’s existence, but aided in its research and goals to expand into a Galactic power. They not only gathered the available assets, but went well beyond their limits in an effort to build dominance in the galaxy. The combination of their mining abilities along with their ambition to create a powerful name for themselves eventually led to excess mining, resulting in wasted resources. In some circles, their ambitions were questioned as selfish as this pursuit was viewed as greedy. It eventually led to the asteroids and moons becoming depleted of almost all metals. This created the desire to explore more mineral-rich locations, like Earth. This temptation eventually added to their ambition and greed, as they investigated ways to explore the planet. The Annunaki were given an opportunity to start over and do things the right way, but their lustful ambitions prevented this from happening.

In contrast to the water rich Nibiru, nearly half of Mars’ surface consisted of land. Despite the relative scarcity of water, the Martians were able to wisely utilize what they had in a highly effective manner. The planet had a relatively smooth terrain with few mountains, many rivers, and open prairies. Mars was a lush world with means that allowed agriculture, technology, and most importantly, peace to flourish. Although it did not have much water, there were many networks of rivers that ran throughout the world allowing its people to live comfortably and humbly.

Like Nibiru, Mars also had small mining stations on asteroids and moons. Their operations were in different areas of the Kueper Belt. Their mining policies differed from the Annunaki in that the Martians only took what was needed, typically mining on smaller asteroids, with the goal of not overharvesting materials. Martians were devout worshipers and loyal towards their beliefs and people. They lived in communities that lived humbly and spiritually, believing in praising god through worship and living by the faith blessed to it. Mars was not by any means an uncivilized planet; it was actually highly advanced. As progressive as it was, it still chose to promote faith and equal opportunity among its citizens. Boasting was not as common for Martians as it was for the Annunaki.

The Martians were much shorter than the Annunaki, around four to five feet tall and not very imposing in their build, as they were much thinner. Unlike the Annunaki, their unintimidating build contributed to them not being known as a dominating species, but rather one that adapted to nature. This much thinner build was a convincing ploy. Martians had the ability to blend in with nature, much like the chameleons humans know today. As such, they were capable of blending into surrounding territories to hide from enemies and were able to speak to beings of lower intelligence in order to reach their desired goals. This proved to be a great asset in close combat, as they were very skilled in fighting. Martians had features that allowed them to fight longer and muscle physiologies that gave them very quick movement. They were also creatures that had two arms and two legs, like the Annunaki, but their heads were much smaller. The Martians had a slight glow to their skin with little features to their appearance. They almost looked as if they had a silicone tone to their skin. Their faces almost resembled those of cats, having piercing eyes that boded well for night vision and small noses. Martian leaders often wore masks as a mark of class symbol. These masks had a technology that allowed them to connect to the tissue of Martian faces and act as a face themselves. The masks additionally could protect the leaders from inhaling deadly viruses, as they would contain filters to trap and kill all of these potentially harmful diseases. Often decorated as heads of animals, these masks made it
