This book is a story based on facultative events; most of the names have been changed to protect those, not cognizant of my writing to you. Also, there are those who must have their Rights Protected from this unremitting Evil. I can not truly say I know the complete involvement or motives of the bad guys, for this reason, please, with the smallest doubt, assume freedom from sin and absence of malice. In the end, It is for God to render Judgment
.
I can say I became a changed man, as some unseen power confronted the
Unjust, as they attempted to deny and destroy our God given rights.
Punishment came to evil men, not in step to my time or place in life, but come it
did, seamlessly matched to their station in life.
Embedded in the story, Part One
, a Superior Court Judge, who was sent to
Federal Prison, as a result, lost his home, car, motorcycle, boat and all but the
Shirt on his back. In the process, he lost his right to practice Law.
My Wife and friends believe punishment not seen or given lie in the hands of God.
I have been a Luke Warm Christian and I have had a lot of difficulty with this.
I did not come seeking punishment, rather I was seeking Injunctive and Declaratory
Justice, which affords protection for our community, under mans laws.
My best friend, Myron, was an F.B.I agent most of his working life. When reading, you will see that he puts the matter of God’s Punishment
, in the right perspective. As Myron said: "From man’s greatest suffering and the efforts of all good people who help and protect those who have thus been afflicted, comes the reoccurring message, God
works through people."
A Federal Investigator interrogated me about Police and the District Attorney’s behavior --as it pertains to what you are about to read, and said, Mr. Saltzman; It’s all of us, against all of you!
This kind of statement needs to be understood. Upon inquiry, we found the
Federal Investigator’s previous employment was in the performance of moral and civic duties as a Police Officer.
I’d had enough. I was told that our First Lady, Nancy Reagan was an advocate about matters involving Children. So I wrote her and she responded.
As we tried to understand the significance of the statement,It’s all of us, against all of you
, I can say, without malice, that the Federal Agent who made the remark was transferred. He sent me a letter, in which he stated, That he had been transferred
and he also wrote "that his next assignment was worse than being sent to Lower
Slobbovia." Only a man stirred by anger at having been responsible for affecting his
own fate, would write, without mental contemplation, and sign such a letter to me.
After this matter of, It’s all of us, against all of you
, was made bare; the pressure then began to soften as we continued our Investigation. This softening did not last long,
as murder and the threats of murder, intertwined with Police tampering of witnesses,
slowly came to light, the real storm was yet to come.
The problem of guns, money and drugs being taken from the Police Evidence
Room, became mixed with Prosecutors who were using cocaine and Prosecutors who
had guns from the evidence room, along with cocaine involvement by the Chief Prosecutor for the State and involvement with cocaine by the Attorney for
the State.
I have copies of letters that my Private Investigator had sent to the appropriate
Federal Agencies. Recognizing the arrests of these men, he was none the less, asking every one to consider how cocaine, having been given a free stream continual to Prosecutors, would impact, how and who, would be prosecuted. This tragic group of men acting under Color of Law, became mixed with the death of my son and other families, some of which include murders where, in spite of a preponderance of evidence, were never prosecuted?
Inclusive in the above two paragraphs, is the District Attorney who led his men, acting under Color of Law, in their attempt to destroy my rights to an Attorney and therefore Justice. It was later proven in depositions that their covert acts did occur. My Investigator felt this was a continuation, similar to other cases, meant to protect and favor others, who have committed gross violations of Human Law, which include those in the above paragraphs.
We will meet again, at the end of your reading.
Part 1
John, come quick, it's your wife on the phone. Hurry there is something seriously wrong.
What's wrong? I asked before the phone was to my mouth. My wife could barely talk," they have
Kathy and they're going to kill her if we don't do what they say".
I said, call Dolly, and ask her to come down. I'll be home right now.
I quickly called the State Police, the dispatcher connected me to an Officer.
This is John Saltsman, some one has kidnapped my daughter and has said they are going to kill
her. The Officer with no other information replied," You don't have to worry, a man has been
doing this to a lot of women, I am sure your daughter is all right."
I instantly replied, "That's not acceptable, I want an Officer at my home when I get there in about
10 minutes." I gave him my address and hung up.
My co-worker, Chuck was looking at me with a drawn face, because I had told him of the
number of threats made against my family. It was Chuck who called me to the phone, and he had
heard every word. Chuck,
I said, Cover for me, I am going home.
My home is only 3 miles away, but now it seemed like thirty. I go right past my daughter's
School and I knew my wife needed her arms around Kathy, for without that she would never
calm down and neither would I.
I stopped at the school. The first thing the Principal did was to check the attendance records.
He said, Kathy is in school today and I will send some one to bring her to this office.
then he
went on to say "this is a terrible thing, and it has happened to a number of mothers over the past
few years, It has to stop." Within a few minutes Kathy was in my arms.
I quickly thanked the school principle.
Kathy needed to know why she is about to see her mother crying and distraught. Driving home,
I only had less than one minute to explain enough for her to understand.
Arriving home we found my wife crying so hard that she could not speak, she was suffering
the same pain as she endured 6 months ago when we were told our son had died.
Our neighbor, and my wife's best friend, Dolly was holding her in her arms. Neither one had
seen us come in. Kathy ran to her mother and sat on her lap, the two of them crying and
my wife rocking them both back and forth. I felt like my mind and body were not connected,
I stood there helpless with pictures and emotions that were framed forever in my mind.
Dolly said, The Police are here.
I let the Officer in where he could see my wife and daughter.
I said that I had stopped at the school and picked up my daughter. The Officer said that the
man who threatened to murder my daughter, to his knowledge never calls a second time.
He wished us the best and left. He was in our house less than five minutes and never asked
any questions.
My feelings of helplessness can't be described. Tears had just begun when some one put their
arms around me. It was Myron. Myron is a retired F.B.I agent and we have known him to be
our faithful friend for 15 years. Myron and his wife Phyllis love my wife as though she was their
daughter. Myron was in a hurry and had come in without knocking. He pulled me over to my wife
and he kissed her and Kathy, and said every thing will be all right. My wife looked up at Myron
and pulled herself up straight and between sobs and with a soft voice said,
Myron, I want you and John to get this man.
She immediately slumped down, pulled Kathy closer and began softly crying.
Myron pulled me out to the side porch and said Bob had called him. I have never seen
Myron so stern. He ask me to tell him all that I knew and in doing so I began losing my feelings of
helplessness. He then said to me, " John, It sounds like this scum has been honing his skills and
there will be something in common with these mothers that he has been calling."
When Theresann is feeling up to it, ask her to go to the school. Since she has worked there,
the other teachers that she knows well, I bet, will be more than willing to give her the names of other Mothers this has happened to. Tell her not to talk to the Principal, he will not comply. Ask her to do this quietly. It's best at lunch or break.
Now,
he said to me, "if there are enough families, you need to put about 100 questions on
paper that reflect things in common, like what is the school bus number and driver that picks up
their daughter, what school activities is their daughter involved in, where does she go for outside
entertainment, you know like roller skating and dancing. You've got the idea. Be sure to
ask where both the husband and wife work."
"Now, you're going to talk to these people, and believe me they are going to want to talk to you. Phyllis and I will be by every day. Theresann will be ok in the morning. We will take her to lunch tomorrow. We will talk no more about this man until you tell me it's possible to find a common denominator. We all want this man stopped, but even though I am retired, I have always, this duty and honor to law enforcement, I don't want it to appear that I have my nose where it doesn't belong, I am sure you'll find that this is a case where the seriousness and harm being done is not understood. By talking to other families
