    Sovereignty - Tommy Loveland

Sovereignty : Will of Man Vs. Will of God

    Sovereignty

    Will of man

    Vs

    Will of God

    By: Tommy Loveland

    Sovereignty will of man

    The sovereignty will of man

    Is within the very nature

    Where we have fallen

    Free will you say

    Yes we are free

    Free to love our sin

Our freedom has led us to slavery

And we claim to be sovereign

    Through our fallen nature

    We claim to be wise

    but became fools

    Given over to our sins

    We do not seek God

    We seek our sin

For that is the nature we are in

    Our sovereign will

as it is written: None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

But if we fast forward to the new testament in the book of John,

    John says this:

In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.

And then it says this in John 1:14

    And the Word became flesh.

So you see in the beginning was Jesus and Jesus was with God and Jesus was God and Jesus became flesh.

In Hebrews chapter 1 it says this:

Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs. For to which of the angels did God ever say, You are my Son,
