About the Author:
Special Forces Snipers need to remain immobile for sustained periods as they wait in concealment for their prey. However, such immobility over lengthy periods contributes to hypertension and heart problems and needed to be overcome. Of course, if the operator dozed off, snoring could be deadly! Subsequently, an advanced breathing technique was devised so the sniper could be relaxed yet remain alert and maintain a rock-steady body until the shot was taken. Those advanced training techniques were classified information. Nobody needed to know how such endurance and precision could be achieved.
Luigi Kleinsasser was one such patient individual. During his service, he was amazed at how the secret system of breathing he was taught had the by-effect of improving his overall health and sense of well-being. But now, several wars later and the realization that classically-trained singers and many athletes practiced similar techniques, the military breathing modalities have been declassified! Chronic snorers can now take advantage of the techniques so as to allow their partners a good night’s sleep . . .
Within this eBook, Luigi reveals those breathing secrets. If you’re bored with doing sit-ups and have lost all hope of ever getting a six pack, if you feel chronically stressed out, tired with weak muscles, have skin problems, get frequent headaches and colds, suffer from hypertension, diabetes, digestive problems, sleep apnea, catarrh, or your snoring interrupts other peoples’ sleep, your salvation may be right here.
In fact, this could be the most valuable health information you’ll ever acquire.
INTRODUCTION
Breathing, as with walking, is not something we think too much about yet many of the world’s chronic, poor-health conditions are due to shallow breathing and an inefficient walking gait. But right now, let’s focus on breathing.
Try this please: Take the biggest breath you possibly can. Suck the air in rapidly and note what happens with your body. Got it?
Good. Did you tuck in your tummy, expand your chest fully and feel your shoulders rise up? Breathing must be important, no? . . . it is the first thing we do at birth and the last thing we’ll do at death. But, does it really matter how a person breathes? Well, how you breathe does affect the state of your health(REF) and it determines how much time there’ll be between the beginning and the end of your life. How you breathe even affects the density of your bones!(REF) (REF)
In fact, an ancient Oriental saying goes: Breathe quickly, die young. Breathe slowly, live long.
Just in the United States of America alone, 30% of the population has been diagnosed with hypertension (chronic high blood-pressure) while another 30% have pre-hypertension(REF). During the Corona-virus pandemic, an average of 1,500 people died daily from that viral infection. But more than 2,000 people die every day as a result of the cumulative effects of hypertension. Only ten percent of them (200 people) had been diagnosed with hypertension. What’s going on with the other ninety percent (1,800 people daily)? During their dying process, their hypertension was passed off as being due to "non-specific life-style and genetic factors". Nobody enlightened them as to why they were dying; none of their loved ones and friends understood why or were warned that they too might be affected.
In North America, fifty percent of the population (244,000,000 people) have some form of heart disease which began with hypertension. What about the rest of the civilized/industrialized world? The numbers are astronomical and they are understood by our governments and the medical profession but are ignored due to the coercion of the wealthy, giant drug corporations. After all, breathing correctly to improve the blood’s circulation is free . . . no profit there, so, let’s sell them a pill!
But, breathing efficiently is also a more effective preventive than any of the drugs pushed on us by the drug manufacturers and many of the
