Introduction
When we were young, we probably tried to avoid being different in any way out of fear of being shunned by our peers. Yet, the ones who thought differently from everyone else went on to become individuals who make the greatest difference and impact on the world. It takes a combination of courage and ingenuity to become somebody who thinks differently and is willing to stand up and own that. The ones who think outside the box don’t fear the future. They own the future. Today, the ability to think this way is valued as a tremendous asset and a skill that is needed today more than ever.
