    As a toddler, Wesley Cole exhibited telekinetic powers. His mother called it, his ability. Toys levitating in air was the extent of it. Just as fast as his ability became known, it had vanished.

    Twenty-five years later, Wesley lived a normal life, working and hanging out with his cousin, Beatrice.

    Life was good.

    However, it all ended when she killed herself. Beatrice was having trouble after she was fired from her job, but killing herself was difficult for him to accept, but he did.

    Although weak, his telekinetic powers came back. Wesley barely notices—he is too sad and despondent to care much about anything.

    Then, on the day of her funeral, he realizes he has several voicemails, including one from Beatrice. Everyone had it wrong, including him. Murder, not suicide.

    Wesley is angry at himself, for not suspecting him. The bully is going to pay dearly. There is a murderer running free. From beyond the grave, Bernice tells him who killed her!
