Sleep matters

It’s been a challenging year for many of us. From social isolation to loss of job security, the pandemic has crept uninvited into almost every aspect of our lives – and that includes our beds. A global study by the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health at Monash University found that 46 per cent of us have been sleeping poorly since Covid-19 became a thing, an increase of nearly double.
