ith nearly 120 km of trails nestled in the pristine and private Ranch Creek is the premier Nordic center for Colorado cross-country skiing. In fact, they were named the #1 Cross-Country Ski Resort in North America in 2018 and 2019 by . “Just 75 miles from Denver, our 6,500 acres of wide-open spaces and fresh mountain air are just a couple of reasons why our guests choose to get out of the city and visit the Ranch,” says Dan Abrashoff, General Manager. “As we move into snow season, guests can ski the top cross-country ski trails in North America, as well as enjoy horseback and sleigh rides, fat-tire bikes, or head down the road to Winter Park’s world-class downhill skiing.” Their Nordic Center and ski trails are open daily during ski season (Nov. 15 – Mar. 31, weather dependent.)
