While everyone is figuring out what songs work best to ensure proper hand-washing time, and learning how to DIY hand sanitizer with a passion shown only by the slime-making tweens of yesteryear, I thought it might be a good time to talk about some basic pantry staples you should actually stock up on.

First and foremost, it's important to make a distinction between panic shopping and being prepared.

Yes, you should have enough food and supplies (including medications) on hand to last two weeks in case of quarantine.

No, you do not need to be hoarding toilet paper (and certainly not fighting people for it at the supermarket).

Preparing for a quarantine comes down to this: smartly stocking your fridge, freezer, and pantry to keep everyone at home fed and well in the event you need to spend a few weeks inside your doors.

But what you buy is just as important as how much of it you buy, because the healthier you eat, the healthier your immune system becomes!

The right place at the right time...

This guide will help you to build the perfect stockpile of healthy, delicious and nutritious food, plus water, meds and other emergency supplies.

Here's exactly what you're going to learn:

  • A complete system for building a stockpile of healthy, delicious survival food.
  • How to properly store everything and where to store your supplies to increase their shelf life.
  • My "secret" list of 25 foods to boost your immune system and improve your well-being.
  • 12 foods to avoid(and you probably eat them daily) that can cause negative health problems.
  • Healing Products: 8 natural ingredients used locally to strengthen your whole body.
  • Practical tips and healthy habits to keep you and your loved-ones safe and sound during a quarantine.

And much more!

All you need to start is 60 minutes to read it and you will be able in just one shot to build the biggest, healthiest stockpile you've ever seen.

p.s. The list is entirely created with AFFORDABLE products!

Survival Foods to Stockpile - Mary White

What would happen if the community you live in would be affected by a catastrophe?

Whether you want to be prepared for the end of the world as we know it or just a financial collapse, it's always a good idea to be prepared. It is known that at least 3 to 4 million people in the US are prepping for some kind of catastrophe. It would stand to reason the number is very much higher, due to the fact that a lot of people are afraid of what others may think. After doing the research, the number of people thinking that this type of preparation is mandatory outweighs 50%. Does this seem odd? When questioning real people, it seems to hold up. All those folks do not and don't plan on actually doing any prep even if they are thinking a time may come when the lack of prep would be a mistake.

Nowadays, suspect about the stability in our society starts to be more than obvious. Being prepared has become a common theme, especially when we start to realize that bad things could happen in no time, leaving us without any chance of prompt response. It is also well known now that QE (Quantitative Easing) is causing the rich to get richer while the not so well off joining the lower-income class or no income class. Because of that, it starts to take place the idea in people’s mind of possible financial collapse, conflicts or natural disasters. What we are just living in this very moment is clearly increasing this belief.

When we think that all this may happen to ourselves and our family, the obvious response is prepping for the worst. Our survival sense naturally starts to operate to protect ourselves and those we care about but there are different types of prepper, some prepare for short term problems, while others prepare for many years of protection. It would seem that the ones who prepare for the long term are making the best move, considering the world environment.

There seems to be one type of common mistake though. Many people get the idea it's okay to prep at home and let others know about it. They overlook an obvious truth. All homes will be a target for food and supplies, whether preppers are there or not. It is not only best a location that doesn't look like a home with goods in it, but complete secrecy about what you are doing is a must, not at prepper conventions where you are basically anonymous, but with people who can organize and find you when there is a real problem. Unfortunately, even family members whom you normally trust and want to protect in a disaster are at high risk for telling others. That means it’s better to make sure you know where they are and have the means to go get them when the time comes. That may involve a well-protected form of travel, weapons and a network of others like you that you trust to retrieve and deliver someone to you if you are unable to travel.

This would include a good form of uninterruptible communication with that group of people using a method such as a shortwave(Ham) radio system. Nowadays this form of
