    INTRODUCTION

    This manual is the result of almost 15 years of experiments, studies, and theoretical analysis: scrutinizing over three hundred herbs, roots, and supplements; experimenting with vacuum pumps and water pumps; testing manual penis enlargement (P.E.) exercises such as stretching and jelqing; and evaluating mechanical extenders and hormone treatments. This book also includes the experiences of and feedback from people I have followed over the years since 2013.

    In the last five years, I’ve developed a method that is effective and reproducible and that has allowed me to increase my penis size both in length and in girth.

    I achieved this through a combination of natural and chemical processes—although significant gains can be made through natural methods alone.

    I call this training system the SUPREME NATURAL PUMP, or SNP method.

    This training system is not simply another manual exercise routine for your penis to be followed daily, weekly, or monthly. Although manual training is important, you will discover that it is just one of the many factors contributing to effective penis enlargement.

    The SNP method incorporates the many fundamental biological and biochemical factors involved in penis enlargement, giving you results that are superior to what manual methods like jelqing can give you.

    The SNP method is thus a virtuous circle that carefully considers the neurological and endocrinological (hormonal) factors affecting penis growth, which usually intensifies during puberty to give us growth spurts in those years.

    The balance of this intricate biological relationship is essential for maximizing the results of penis exercises.

    You should know that this method I propose is really a lifestyle that will improve not only the size of your penis but also your confidence, your testosterone levels, your character, your endurance in bed, your orgasms, your ejaculation volume, your fertility, your muscles, your prostate health, your hair, your overall health, and your whole look as a man.

    I will explain to you how diet, supplements, physical training, lifestyle and habits, psychological attitude, penis exercises, and hormonal treatment (when and if necessary), all play an important role and must be aligned in a certain way if your goal is to reach your personal supreme penis size.

    You will understand, in fact, that all of these variables can have a minor or major influence on our neurological responses and hormonal production, which control the growth of our bodies, and the enhancement and optimization of these responses are what can really affect penis growth.

    MY PERSONAL STORY

    My adventure with penis enlargement methods started in 2002, when I was 17. At the time, my penis had an up-and-down curvature due to a small fracture that had occurred when I was 15. My girth size was unsatisfactory to me, my glans was underdeveloped compared to the shaft, giving my penis the look of a cone, and in general, I was not satisfied with my size, even though my length was a respectable 6.9 inches.

    In the first year, thanks to the discovery of manual exercises called jelqing and stretching techniques found in various penis enlargement websites, I was able to increase the length of my penis of a whopping 0.5 inches, both in length and in girth.

    With time, though, I discovered that the stretching exercises were damaging my penis.

    In fact, if I had a stretching session during the day, my penis would feel stiff, unable to reach full tumescence (girth) when I was having a spontaneous erection during the night (despite my penis reaching full erection).

    Only later did I discover that stretching the penis would also result in stretching of the tunica albuginea and penis fasciae (the tunica and fasciae are like a rubber glove that covers, wraps, and protects the inner parts of the penis, the cavernous bodies or corpora cavernosa) and would cause them to stiffen like in phlebitis (stiffening of veins due to inflammation, perforation or mechanical stress).

    Stretching the penis to its base, I discovered, was also loosening my prostate valve, and this would not allow me to hold my urine very well, nor was I able to squeeze and let the urine out easily when I had finished peeing. This resulted in an annoying subtle wetting of my underwear.

    After 2 years, I gave up stretching completely, having seen no improvements, and decided to continue with jelqing only.

    Luckily for me, I never suffered any permanent injury or damage by practicing stretching, and my valve returned to normal functioning after a few weeks.

    Restoring the softness of the fasciae and tunica, however, took roughly a month and a half.

    In three years, the sole practice of jelqing allowed me to increase the size of my penis from 6.9 inches to 7.6 inches in length, and from 4.7 inches to 5.3 inches in girth. Part of these gains I am sure were also due to my body and penis reaching into full adulthood but I could feel that exercise was still very much favoring this process.

    After this period of gains, I reached a plateau that lasted for about four years.

    Nonetheless, experiencing these gains began to boost my confidence and increased not only my faith in penis enlargement but also my desire to seek further improvements. I was convinced that this plateau was only temporary, probably due to some life changes I was going through, like a 6 days a week job, intense daily physical training and little sleep, often also little and dysrupted sleep.

    Eager to find the exact reasons for this plateau and more effective methods to induce penis growth, I started looking into the issue much more deeply, I buried my head in research journals, and penis enlargement forum, while connecting it with my personal anecdotal evidences to try to find the answers.

    At 28 years of age I was finally able to connect all the dots. It then took me another three and half years to be able to organize what I found and discovered to be the answers to the three fundamental questions that surround penis enlargement.

    They are as follows:

    What is the hormonal mechanism that allows a penis to grow naturally during puberty?

    Does the penis really stop growing, or is it an organ that can be developed even after puberty?

    If the penis can be developed even after puberty, what hormones and substances will it need?

    Jelqing had proven to me that forcing more blood into my penis through manual techniques was able to expand it and make it grow.

    But was that it?

    Was jelqing the only answer to allow me to reach my full possible penis growth potential?

    The only thing I was certain of was that my penis had not improved in four years.

    Well, luckily for both of us, I now have the answers to these questions, and I believe that they are nothing short of phenomenal as they have allowed me to not only get out from my plateau, granting me another 0.4 inches in both length and girth in the first year, but they are also allowing me to keep growing steadily of 0.1 - 0.3 inches a year, even now that I am 32. Followers using my method for getting out of their plateaus have achieved similar and in some cases even superior results than mine. Men starting penis enlargement for the first time by using my method have been growing even faster than this. If I had started with my method at 17 I am sure I would have been growing faster than this too and maybe I would have already achieved an even greater size than the one I have now.

    Now that I have compiled all the information available from the scientific community, people's anecdotal evidence, and my own personal evidence, I've decided to share it with everyone, including those who have already experienced success with penis enlargement through manual techniques or chemical penis enlargement and have now reached a plateau in their progress.

    What I will present here is, what I believe to be, the safest, most effective, logical, informed, and updated penis enlargement method in existence. The application of this method will allow you to reach your own personal SUPREME SIZE without the dangers of getting injured.

    HOW NATURAL PENIS ENLARGEMENT IS OBTAINED TODAY

    The practice of penis enlargement through jelqing, stretching, and pumps has shown to be a consistent way to produce a permanent increase in penis size.

    It is common to read in penis enlargement forums with various titles like P.E. Gym, Matter of Size, Thunder's place, etc. of people who have had success with these systems, devices, or methods exactly as I did.

    However, some people did not achieve the same results, and others have even injured themselves attempting to conduct these practices.

    Some, more skeptical, have resorted to prematurely determining that these methods are too risky, destructive, or simply useless before ever experimenting with them.

    I, of course, believe that these methods can be successful in increasing penis growth for everyone who employs them. I am now confident that all shortcomings can be attributed to poor practice and, most importantly, an insufficient or unbalanced bioelectrical (neurotransmitters) and biochemical (hormones) level. You will discover, in fact, that you need a lot of hormones that regulate penis function and many other important chemicals (neurotransmitters) that regulate erection, mood and sleep to be able to achieve a permanent increase in penis size. We are going to explain what these substances (neurotransmitters) are and what is their role in a few.

    The lack of results experienced by these people is the same thing experienced by people who start a physical training program in order to build muscle but who don’t eat right, don’t train right, or don’t sleep enough—they basically don't do the right things and therefore do not obtain results, or possibly get injured in the process.

    Consider that the right method with the wrong people can become the wrong method.

    Penis enlargement methods I advise against

    The method I am presenting you with does not require the commonly prescribed use of warm-ups with hot water, nor does it necessitate the use of stretching, pulling, or mechanical pumping. After experimenting with these methods personally, and after considering the amount of negative anecdotal evidence present on the web, I have come to the conclusion that all of these methods can be risky and dangerous for the nervous parts of the penis, for its arterial and its venous parts, and for the whole corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum (the bulk of spongy tissues that constitute the inside of the penis). These methods can cause scarring of the penis tissues and deformation, which can lead to less erectile tumescence (girth) and thus a loss of penis size, even if often only temporaryly.

    Other penis enlargement methods I advise against

    Extending surgery: This surgery involves cutting of the suspensory ligament. This ligament allows the erection to be sustained at the one or two o’clock position and keeps the penis firmly attached to the pubic bone. Cutting this ligament can provide a maximum of one-inch increase in length. The caveat to this extension of the penis is that when erect, the penis will now only rise to the three o’clock position (and generally must be physically supported to engage in sexual intercourse).

    Surgical fat injections for improved girth size: Surgical size improvement takes fats from the posterior (glutes in general) and infuses them under the skin of the penis. The caveat is that fat is an unstable mass, and the technique often produces an uneven and disfigured-looking penis which can ultimately make it also dysfunctional.

    EVOO Injection for improved girth size: This technique applies the same principle as a surgical fat injection, only the fat injected is not human but extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO). Olive oil is even more unstable than fat and has been known to be a continually malleable substance once injected, making for a more uneven and possibly disfigured look. Olive oil, in addition, inhibits certain enzymes (5 alpha-reductase) necessary for producing certain hormones associated with erection and penis growth. Tissues in contact with the oil can thus eventually reduce in size, causing an overall reduction in penis size when fully absorbed (more on the importance 5 alpha-reductase later).

    OUR HIDDEN POTENTIAL

    Every one of us, in the case of muscle, possesses a hidden growth potential that doesn't come to fruition unless we incorporate a proper diet and a correct lifestyle and give the body the right kind of stimulation through exercise.

    Similarly, some people are genetically predisposed to being thin, while others have a greater propensity to fatten. This is because some people are born with more adipose cells under their skin and a slower metabolism compared to others. And it is so that a certain kind of diet and lifestyle will elicit different responses, highlighting the hidden potential of every individual.

    There will be those who will fatten more and those who will fatten less, but all will fatten because all have a potential. There will be those who will put on more muscle and those who will put on less, but all will grow muscle because all have potential, and the better the diet, training, and lifestyle, the better will be the expression of that potential.

    The same thing, you will discover, can happen with the penis. In fact, all of us have a potential in that regard as well.

    You will also discover that penis tissues are very unique and, if properly stimulated, can continue growing even in adult age.

    My method, unlike others, is able to boost all of the biochemicals (neurotransmitters and hormones) that are responsible for genital growth. Satisfying these factors will allow your penis to experience growth and repair.

    WHAT IS THE SUPREME NATURAL PUMP, or SNP, METHOD?

    The SUPREME NATURAL PUMP is a penis enlargement method based almost exclusively on the natural engorgement and pressure potential produced within the pelvic cavity and the penis by a superpowered body’s erectile mechanism and subsequently by specific penis exercise and breathing techniques that want to exploit this increased, improved engorgement and pressure potential.

    The superpowered erectile mechanism and pressure potential within the pelvic cavity and the penis in a healthy individual can be created by:

    An optimal level of mood-controlling, sleep-controlling and erection-controlling neurotransmitters.

    A strengthening of the cardiovascular system.

    An increase in all hormones responsible for penis function and genital development, the same hormones that were present in abundance during puberty growth (hormones perform a similar action to that of neurotransmitters, and the two usually enhance each other in the process of erection).
